michelle gomez The staff is very nice, I like the whole braces experience. I drive from pretty far but it is worth the $3,000 that I saved after being quoted in Bedford. My only complaint is this place is VERY very busy. Ive never been to any clinic like it. There will be up to 30 people waiting and 20 patients back. Its hard to get them on the phone and impossible to reschedule braces appointments. You have to keep the one you make each month cause the schedule is that full. Otherwise it gets pushed back out for weeks. I kinda got used to their system, but be patient cause theres a lot of customers.

Alyssa Anguiano Dallana is a really nice person to talk to even while she’s fixing your teeth. It was really nice talking to her. She answered a lot of my questions and recommended me some foods to eat when she adjusted the wires. Dr. D is also a really nice person. I’ve met him a couple of times, and he is a very chill guy. He answers questions when he’s asked. They both seem like positive people.

Alina Hernandez Love it they had me check in very soon they are very patient with me when choosing my braces color. And Dallana love her so much she haves great conversations with me and makes me feel comfortable , she makes sure in ever process in my service that I was doing okay. and Dr.D for being on point a very funny humor I love always coming because they always make me feel so comfortable and my braces never hurt when I have a problem they can always fix it.

Phillip James This is the first Dental clinic I love!! All the women there are very nice and welcome you always a smile, true professionals. The woman that did my cleaning was great, she took her time cleaning my teeth as well as explaining everything that was needed for my teeth. The Doctor was also very professional and kind and showed great concern unlike previous dental clinic “Jefferson Dental” that. I recommend do not use that clinic and take your smile to EQ DENTAL!! You will not be disappointed!!

Tanya H I had a rather odd experience with this office. The doctor wasn’t necessarily the concern. See my experience below: 1. I had an appointment at 3pm. The office called me at 2:56 telling me that the doctor was ready to see me. I found this to be incredibly odd because I literally pulled up and parked my car right at 2:56, and my appointment was not at 2:56. It was at 3pm. They must’ve seen me sitting in my car in the parking lot. 2. On most cases, the front office staff advised that I walk myself back to the exam room. Usually a dental assistant or a hygienist will walk you back to the room. That is not the case with this office. 3. They make you pay upfront. Not the biggest deal. But no dentist office I’ve been to asks you to pay for incomplete treatment upfront. 4. They spammed me with text messages asking me to complete a survey about my experience. I received 10 survey requests via text message since my last appointment. The survey requests magically stopped once I responded to the text messages and told them it was excessive. 5. The dentist was ok. Very heavy handed. Poor bedside manner. But he did the job and I can’t fault him for that. My new dentist actually commended his work, but ultimately suggested that we redo treatment since I was in so much pain. For the record, I did go back to this office to express how much pain I was in post 3 cavities. I was told that if I was still in pain then a root canal was needed. I feel there was not sufficient time taken to really understand why I was in pain. 6. I got a second opinion. After a retreatment and adjustment to my bite, I feel so much better now that I saw someone else and got the treatment redone. Ultimately, the dentist isn’t the concerns. Seems like the office practices are out of touch.

A Ferrando This place is filled with people who actually seem to care about and enjoy what they do. The staff obviously believe in the dentists who run the practice, and they execute the vision well. They dont pressure you either and everything is comfortable. I feel compelled to pile onto the mountain of five star reviews, because they deserve it. They pay attention to all the little details. I am a new patient who just completed my first cleaning & x-rays. I do not have insurance and joined their savings program instead. Pricing was reasonable, consultation was extremely detailed. Cleaning was firm & thorough, yet comfortable with check-ins often to confirm comfort. I left the appointment with much cleaner teeth and a better understanding of my oral health. BTW - These people are super timely. As a new patient they told me to expect two hours, and that is exactly how long it took down to the minute. This was one of many small details that made a big impact for me.

Sara Ever since Dr. McConnell has left, this dental office has gone downhill. I was told my procedure would be covered under both my primary and secondary insurance. Little did I know, the new dentist is not considered in network with my insurance. Therefore, they are now coming after me for additional costs. I have emailed them, I have called the office, and my emails have gone with no response. They have now sent my bill to collections. DO NOT COME HERE. The new dentist is SHADY. Update: They still wont respond to emails or phone calls. Horrible customer service!

D Moon I know my review might not make much of a difference since there are so many other positive ones but I thought I would give it a shot anyway. My one and only visit was pleasant enough for me to wonder what was the catch. Well here it is. They push services you dont require and they charge a fee even if you cancel your appointment the day before . I canceled mine about 23 hours prior to the appointment but was told I would have to pay $50 fee for late cancelation. I did receive appointment reminders but they did not make it easy for you to cancel the appointment. You have to call to cancel and I work a job that does not allow me to use my phone during business hours. If you are going to use their services, then consider these things and also get a second opinion on any services that are suggested.

Jean Fernandes I was not happy with my most recent experience here. Dr. Barr was great and no longer is at this facility. The clinic booked me without letting me know that both my hygienist and my dentist had left. When seeing a dentist makes you nervous, being surprised by a new hygienist and dentist helps will spike your anxiety.. When I booked my last appointment, the office did not mention anything about my dentist or hygienist not being there. They just put me with someone new.. How is that appropriate? Not only that, but telling me that my dental issues have gotten worse after a treatment that was done at their recommendation, estimating treatments at over 2k after insurance and expecting me to say yes immediately??? Yeah.. Im getting a second opinion. The assistant was rough, not using an appropriately sized sensor while taking my xrays (having to take several over again because the thing did not fit my mouth properly).. Which I didnt even know I was getting, because I was just there for a cleaning.. I walked out without doing the regular cleaning that I had made the appointment for because it wasnt even offered to me... even though that was what I booked the appointment for. I do want to mention that the dentist that I saw during this visit was gentle and kind, I unfortunately didnt catch her name, but if I did not already have a dentist I liked, Id certainly continue to see this one. Its unfortunate that the experience with the clinic not letting me know I was seeing a new dentist/hygienist put me off so much. If they just took a moment to alert me, I would have been open to trying this dentist out. If you have an appointment at this clinic, please double check who you have been booked with.. I didnt think I would need to...

Coleman Terelle (Relly Rell) My experience this past week was not a pleasant one. My appointment was at 1:00 and I arrived 15 minutes earlier. I understand at any appointment there will be wait times, but waiting over an 1.5 without the front desk even updating the fact that I’ve been waiting speaks volumes. It took for me to get up and ask what is the hold up when someone that was getting the same service as me and arrived when I did was seen before me. An appointment that should have taken 1 hr turned into 3.5 and I am not impressed with their service this far.

Sharon NIckson I went for a teeth cleaning on Tuesday at 7:30 AM. I appreciated the early appointment and the hygienist was very knowledgeable about my previous treatment. I had received several crowns and some bridges in my previous treatments and she was checking on that work and making sure it looked good still and She recommended getting a water pic for flossing so I did do that and the doctor came in and checked in with me and just everyone is very nice and I highly recommend this office.
