The staff is very professional and I got the best cleaning I’ve ever had! My hygienist Kelsi has the best hands, she made the appointment fun and nearly painless. They even caught some issues on my scans/x-rays to be sure we take care of anything before it becomes a big problem. Can’t say enough about how wonderful this office is and so convenient to get to! Sara: Ever since Dr. McConnell has left, this dental office has gone downhill. I was told my procedure would be covered under both my primary and secondary insurance. Little did I know, the new dentist is not considered in network with my insurance. Therefore, they are now coming after me for additional costs. I have emailed them, I have called the office, and my emails have gone with no response. They have now sent my bill to collections. DO NOT COME HERE. The new dentist is SHADY. Update: They still wont respond to emails or phone calls. Horrible customer service!

I believe they even have their own lab to mold veneers, which can make the treatment process more efficient. Dr. Hoyt and his staff always educate me on the procedures theyre performing and ensure that I am comfortable through out the process. They even go as far as talking you through the entire procedure so any motion or feeling is anticipated.
