If Smile Ft. Worth is not your current dentist, they should be!! I am forever grateful!!

5 /5 Miss Muggwamp: I saw Dr. David Griffin. Im a former patient of his, and I cant say enough good things about his new digs! The office was clean and secure. The office staff were so nice and kind. Helped me alot in entering my patient info. The dental staff were great ans explaining each step. Check out was a breeze too. I have extensive dental work to be done and I wouldnt have it done anywhere else! I 200% recommend Smile Ft. Worth.

5 /5 A Ferrando: This place is filled with people who actually seem to care about and enjoy what they do. The staff obviously believe in the dentists who run the practice, and they execute the vision well. They dont pressure you either and everything is comfortable. I feel compelled to pile onto the mountain of five star reviews, because they deserve it. They pay attention to all the little details. I am a new patient who just completed my first cleaning & x-rays. I do not have insurance and joined their savings program instead. Pricing was reasonable, consultation was extremely detailed. Cleaning was firm & thorough, yet comfortable with check-ins often to confirm comfort. I left the appointment with much cleaner teeth and a better understanding of my oral health. BTW - These people are super timely. As a new patient they told me to expect two hours, and that is exactly how long it took down to the minute. This was one of many small details that made a big impact for me.

I am never fearful or uneasy when I’m in his care, as I know he will ensure my comfort no matter what the procedure is I’m having. The office staff is also amazing & extremely welcoming! 5 /5 Corey: This place is great! Each patient gets a private room, and they even have air purifiers in each room I’ve been in! All of the employees from the front desk to the dentist have been incredibly friendly. I came here for a second opinion and I was advised that the long list of work that a previous dentist recommended was not necessary and that I just needed my regular cleaning. I genuinely feel that they care about their patients. I’m glad to have found an honest dentist office!m, and I will definitely be coming back.

Sara: Ever since Dr. McConnell has left, this dental office has gone downhill. I was told my procedure would be covered under both my primary and secondary insurance. Little did I know, the new dentist is not considered in network with my insurance. Therefore, they are now coming after me for additional costs. I have emailed them, I have called the office, and my emails have gone with no response. They have now sent my bill to collections. DO NOT COME HERE. The new dentist is SHADY. Update: They still wont respond to emails or phone calls. Horrible customer service!

Dr. Hoyt and his staff always educate me on the procedures theyre performing and ensure that I am comfortable through out the process. Cles Follett: I had my veneers done by Dr. Nikki Green about two years ago, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The initial consultation felt rushed, lasting only about five minutes, which left me feeling undervalued. After that, I was quickly fitted with temporary veneers, but I encountered several significant issues. My two left cuspids kept falling off, causing a lot of frustration and increasing sensitivity each time I had to return for a fix. After a month, I finally received my permanent veneers, but my excitement quickly turned to dismay. Out of the ten veneers I had paid for, only eight were cemented that day because Dr. Green was concerned about the appearance of the two on my right side. Unfortunately, I wasn’t shown what the issue was before she sent them back and put on more temporary veneers. Less than a day after getting my permanent veneers, I noticed a drastic size difference—my right side was significantly longer than the left. When I pointed this out to Dr. Green, she acknowledged the issue and decided to redo five of the ten veneers. This is highly unusual in dentistry, as permanent veneers are typically designed to fit together seamlessly. When she replaced them, the new veneers didn’t fit properly. Instead of sending them back, she opted to shave them down, resulting in an uneven and bulky appearance on one side. I find myself editing photos to hide my teeth and often refrain from smiling in pictures because they look ridiculous. I attempted to schedule an appointment to address the shape of my veneers, but Dr. Green refused to see me again, suggesting that I could consult a different doctor instead. After spending over $18,000 out of pocket, I was shocked that she wasn’t willing to make things right. Now, I’m left with these unsatisfactory veneers, and no other dentist wants to work on someone else’s previous work. Given my experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Green for any cosmetic procedures.
