Thao Pham Dr.Charles (lady doctor) explains to me for two options how to calm my son during filling procedure.
1-give him medicine made home sleep
2-give him gas to comfort him
She NEVER EVER TOLD me that NO SURFACE NUMB.
God shake, she done three teeth filling without any surfaces numb him and she also made up story told my husband, I told her no pain medicine? How ethical she is? How good at a dentist with experience and educated she been learn? She grind my son teeth and filling it. When I call back to confirm with her how procedure was done to my son, she also educated me that not necessary to numb since that just simple and I should appreciate her and tech been done to my son with bad attitude with high tone of African . Excuse me? I did pay her office close to $2000 for that service ? But I care my son trauma experience, he just barely 3 years old. Parents out there please please be careful with this lady. I was shake and feel so bad when I be back home from work look at his up lip swollen and he point me “Mama, I’m pain, I’m scare”

Dallas Chriee This is going to be long, but if you’re even thinking about making an appointment for your child here, this is a MUST READ.
My son has been going here for years, every 6 months like clockwork, and every single appointment there’s some issue. They have claimed that insurance is at fault for x, y, and z, but when I call insurance right in front of them, insurance tells me everything went through on their end, and that I definitely shouldn’t be charged the insane amount they were still wanting me to pay, all the sudden, the price changes on their end to the correct price, this has happened 3 times, it should have been a red flag for me the first time it happened!
This appointment today, like all the others, was made 6 months in advance, and just like all the others there was an issue. The lady at the front called me up to the front desk and said “you have a balance of $110 due today or we can not see your child” I made sure to let her know they had 6 months to send me a bill in the mail, yet I got nothing, I let her know they called me the day before this appointment, they could have let me know then, so on their end they failed to do either.
She was extremely rude, and unprofessional, before I was out of earshot she made a comment about me, which I won’t post here for legal reasons, luckily it was recorded because I wasn’t dealing with the run around this time. I also didn’t let her know I recorded the phone call I made to them 3 months prior, when the financial lady disclosed our $0 balance.
I then told her my child needed a note for school, and this lady tried to tell me “I’ll have to ask because I’m not sure I can do that since he wasn’t seen today”. What a joke right? I told her that she would in fact be writing one for him because this appointment was scheduled 6 months in advance, we showed up on time and ready, like we do every other appointment, and they are the ones that wasted our time.
Needless to say this lady did not get up to go “ask” as she said she “needed to”, so that let me know immediately that she was just trying to refuse a doctors note for my child out of spite, and not policy, needless to say she went ahead and angrily wrote my child’s doctors note.
Not to mention, these people don’t allow you, as a parent back with your child, which is illegal in this state as it is. Stand up for yourself, and watch what happens at this place CLOSELY.
I hope they don’t mess up by charging my insurance for today, because my insurance has been notified, and they are combing through every piece of paperwork and charge between us and them, no telling what we will find.
Do NOT go here!!!! there are way more professional places that have fully functioning adults working who will do their jobs and be transparent on charges prior to appointments, if you go literally ANYWHERE else they will send you a bill in the mail, or when they call the day before the appointment they will disclose that information, or at the VERY LEAST when YOU call THEM and ask about the amount you owe, they will give you a correct answer so you can bring the money, or change the appointment to when you do have the money.

KESHA ADAMS The surgeon had his small black dog in the surgery room. I bled a lot after and ended up going to my regular dentist his words what did he do to you? I will be finding out. I should’ve left with my denture in place to help with swelling but I was bleeding so bad and so swollen it wouldn’t fit. Several weeks later the swelling went down and the denture ended up being significantly too big. I paid my bill in full and never planned to return, got another bill from them a couple months later . I would not recommend the office in Farwell.
