5 /5 Joni Renee: Let me begin by saying how comfortable the staff made me feel from the moment I arrived. I had a great first visit. Dr Whetten and his staff are kind and thorough. I felt that they were addressing my concerns and gave me a reasonable treatment plan. My hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She was very nice, organized and friendly. Overall, I had a great visit and look forward to returning for my next appointment.

1 /5 Bob Herndon: Zero stars would be more accurate So lets tell the real story. I had an appointment in December 2022 for an oral health check and cleaning as a new patient. The "dentist" looked in my mouth for 2 minutes and never mentioned anything about my oral health but started a hard sell for $10k in veneers. When I wouldnt go for that he walked out of the room. I canceled my appointment for the cleaning (took 4 calls because no one would answer the phone) but still kept getting text "appointment reminders". I thought I was done with these people until Thursday when I get a letter with "your account is past due" stamped on the outside. This was the first time that these people had ever sent me a bill and they have the gall to say that I am "overdue". The check is written and they would have had it yesterday if they werent closed. I pay thousands of dollars of medical bills every year and for them to say that I wouldnt pay $77 is just disgusting. Please dont ever go to this place.

5 /5 Randall Thompson: This dentist and office staff go above and beyond for quality dental work. I came for a tooth emergency and Dr. Whetten was very skilled and showed great care. Caleigh also at the front desk made my whole visit very pleasant.

frank: I had a few teeth pulled awhile ago. I had dental insurance at the time. When I had the work done I paid for what the insurance didnt cover out of pocket in cash. Now after what I believe is at least several months, i have received a bill from Advana for the portion the insurance was suppose to cover. It isnt a large sum of money by dental work standards but its money I simply do not have. I also made it VERY clear to the office staff that I needed assurance that they were certain of the cost before anything was done. They assured me that the insurance would cover a certain amount and now Im receiving a bill for that amount. This isnt just unprofessional its dangerous. I cant afford to pay for money I dont owe. And frankly if this is a common practice with this office its probably affecting many others.

They will tell you one price and your actual charge will be over a thousand, insurance or not. They lie to you about reasons your appointment is canceled and lie about the stuff needed being there. Will never go back to this place!

Lynda Shroyer: I have gone to Belpree Dental Clinic for years . The employees who have been there for years really care about the patients and know their names and greet them cordially. Robyn has been my long time dental hygienist and she is excellent. She is friendly, efficient, and caring. I get right in and do not have to wait when I have an appointment. Lori who has been there for years, too, is great with business and she also, greets patients in a friendly manner. Both Robyn and Lori are very good with patients and putting them at ease. They are examples of exceptional employees and that makes a difference in any business. Dr. Vaughn is an excellent dentist who greets his patients in a caring, friendly manner and ensures his patients understand his findings with their teeth and gums. Dr, Vaughn has wonderful long time employees who are a real asset to his business and appreciated by his patients. Lori and Robyn are examples any new employee can learn from to become an asset for business.

Destiny Patel: I went here and had to get two teeth pulled I was given a flipper as a permanent option. The first flipper was way off in color and size got the new one but still could not talk or anything with it in. I was then told well this is the cheapest option and it’s not going to be perfect. I left can cried for hours thinking I would be stuck like that forever. Went to a new dentist and thankfully I did. I was not stuck with a huge flipper that was too big for my mouth and was also told this should have only been a temporary option. The only reason they get 2 stars is because I loved the dental hygienist. She is amazing there! Very sweet.
