ACN Nail I wish I didn’t have to give this place one star . I contacted them about a hair appointment. We spoke through text and she asked me if I wanted a certain time, and I replied yes. I showed up at the appointed time they Failed to finalize my appointment .Then they rescheduled me and didn’t even show up for that!!!! Sit outside the store and wait for 10 minutes and no one came. Very poor management skills.

Claudia Wills I love going to treasured moments. I always feel so welcome. Jessica does a wonderful pedicure that is so relaxing. Everyone is friendly. Sweet spirit in that place. I never hear any gossip like is so common in many salons. Lots of different services in a clean comfortable setting.

Lolli Dolly Ive been here once before to get eyelash extensions and have to say that it was really great, however, I went for my first hair appointment here and it was a disaster from the beginning. I gave three stars because I dont think the place is bad overall but I made a hair appointment with Sarah and, with the experience I had with her specifically, Id give her 1 star. A few hours before the appointment she asked me to reschedule the following day. I had scheduled to get my extensions removed as well as a cut and color. After she removed my extensions she seemed to be done with me so I asked about the cut and color and she told me that I had asked about a color that she doesnt do so she completely changed my appointment, without asking or telling me, and booked someone right after me. She could have asked me if I wanted something else or if I still wanted the other services, but no. Since I have had the extensions in for months my hair was a wreck so me, not wanting to leave a complete mess, asked if shed still be willing to cut it and she did. I had asked for layers which she ignored and I had to remind her, she then took three sections of my hair and pretended to give me layers, which she did not and I just let it go because I was so ready to leave. Id go back again but I personally wont be going to her for anything.

Theresa Brown Samantha is a fabulous nail technician. I am super picky and like different designs. She can do almost anything. The shop is very clean and everyone is friendly.

Jessica North I have always been scared to let someone new do my hair. But I can say I have found my perfect hair person. I had no idea what I wanted. But she did amazing. Thank you Kara for making my experience the best. You will have a forever client.

D W Told the stylist my hair pulls red and that I wanted my highlights toned to counteract that. But I may as well have been talking to the wall. I was never asked how I wore my hair, where I parted it, nothing. I was positioned where I couldnt see the mirror, so I had no idea what was being done. I ended up with my hair parted on the opposite side I part it on, beach waves (I never wear those because they look stupid on me and dont stay) and wide stripes of a horrendous shade of gold highlights. After looking at other pics of her after results, I came to the conclusion that she only does beach waves. A total waste of time and money.

Virginia Bell The haircut isnt bad, but its not what I asked for. I specifically requested the hair be left long enough to cover my neck, because I have a tattoo that I like to keep covered for professionalism. That was clearly articulated and specifically stated before she began cutting, but she cut it up above the tattoo. I asked for asymmetrical, she cut it all one length. I asked for piecey and razored, didnt happen. I asked for side-swept bangs, and that didnt happen. She didnt even part my hair the direction I part it, even after she asked me if thats how I parted my hair and I told her no. Maybe she was distracted, because it seemed she had overbooked herself. I dont know, but I wont go back.
