Decided to treat my wife to a manicure and pedicure to start our vacation off on a good foot rather than be sad about the delay. Fortunately, we found Hong, did amazing work! She was so polite and very professional. She did not skimp or skip any steps. She was very careful with cleanliness and hygiene. Would definitely recommend her and will probably make this part of the plan for our future trips.

The Art of Aesthetics Im so happy I found Geneva, she is an amazing and professional nail tech. She is very knowledgeable about the latest and greatest products and new techniques. I have previously been using dip for years but she tried the gel nails on me and Im in love. My hands and cuticles are super soft and feel hydrated for the first time in decades! And last but not least she is a true artist, and free hand draws nail art!! She has the cutest Halloween creations. If you want to be pampered you really need to give her a try. #selfcare

Bailey Smith I love love love this nail salon. In fact, I live out of state and will purposely wait to come here to get my nails done if I know I will be traveling to the area. The customer service is top-tier and they do such an amazing job every single time. I got a gel mani/pedi on my natural nails and it tends to last at least 2-3 weeks. They are one of the few salons that still prioritize cuticle care and even relaxing hand/foot massages which I appreciate. They also use tools that come in the clean packaging which is hard to find nowadays. Prices are also so great. Totally would recommend this place and the coffee shop next door too!

It’s recently under new ownership and I love how they’re running the place. Tajay Ferguson Absolutely horrible job. After getting my nails redone 3 times, gel has still started to strip in less than 24 hours after being told it would last at least 3 weeks. Price was $35 extra for gel and is not worth it at all. To pay $120 for a manicure and pedicure with gel that doesn’t even last a day feels like robbery.

I8ahampster Num num This is my first time coming to the nail hut, which is right next to my doctors office. Ive not had my full set of nails and a pedicure. This was a much needed to do for me. I walked in and was greeted right away, the lady explained services and asked what Id like. I picked out my colors and was seated right away. Big plus as a walk in. I had two gentlemen that did my services. I was not rushed any time during my peace of tranquility. Im sure when my cuticles were being cut I took a cat nap. I felt very relaxed. The music was not loud or obnoxious. Many clients in for same thing. The facility was clean, relaxing, good choices for pedicure picks.Menu was very well detailed along with the prices. I personally like that so Im not hit up with a $300 plus price at the end. Im very pleased and happy with the services, the amount spent. Staff is very polite, professional, and helpful. When you see clients coming in and theyre laughing and cutting up with the staff. You know you picked a good place. I live 20 minutes away and will continue to come back.

My toes have came out so pretty both visits. Myra and Dean have done my nails with dip, great job And the lady in the front with the cute lip ring was great as well. Aimee Gary I was very impressed!!! I got a gel pedicure ($60) & I asked to remove my overlay and start fresh with a new overlay and gel polish ($50). I am from Louisiana, but I am here in TX with my husband for his job, and we will be here through 2025. I have been on the hunt for a good nail salon I can use while Im here visiting him. Its a smaller salon than many of the others here, which I prefer. It was clean and everyone was friendly. I liked that they had aprons with their names on them. We were able to communicate well. I was hoping for a better selection on the pedicure options (the longest massage offered was 10 min legs & 10 min shoulder). However, he (Henry) asked me if I just preferred 20 minutes on my feet and legs, to which I said yes. It was probably one of the best massages I have ever had a nail salon. He also set a timer, so I knew I was getting the full 20 minutes. I also really appreciated the warm rice bag on my neck. The massage chair was a little harsh, but I am sensitive. The nail tech (Lynn) was also very nice, and she did exactly what i asked her to. She even reshaped my nails a second time after they were still too square for me. I WILL be returning in 2 weeks for a refill and another pedicure!!!

Amber Kolenic I have been to this salon twice for gel polish. My first visit to this nail salon was okay. Nail tech was friendly, nails done okay (bumpy and uneven). Very frustrated with language barrier but we got through it. Fast forward to more recently. Wanted gel polish with the new chrome trend over top but you can still see the color. Well that was not achieved at all. The chrome completely changed the original color I picked out. The guy doing my nails spoke close to zero English. Just kept agreeing with me when I was trying to explain. I’m not one to make them redo my nails, but I won’t be coming back. Now I have to sport my Barbie nails for the next 2 weeks. The detailed nail art pictures they advertise is not the quality of work they provide. Something so simple like gel polish and they cannot achieve it.

Sister wanted short oval nails and this is what she paid $43 for (below) the lady was very aggressive and kept hurting my sister’s finger after cutting a hangnail too short. If you are expecting good customer service from this salon …. Don’t! Freaking ridiculous!

Courtney Allen I decided to try a new place that was closer to me than my normal nail salon. After reading reviews and looking at pictures, I decided to come here. It can be scary trying new places, especially with all the horror stories you hear. Im so picky when it comes to my nails. I have long skinny fingers so super short nails look weird on me. I wanted size 6 cut ballerina/coffin chrome polished nails. It took a little while, but my nails came out amazing. Chang worked so hard to make sure I got the length, shape, and color I wanted. I wanted a very specific chrome color and thug total and error she figured out what I wanted. Lily did an amazing job on my pedicure. I got the number 4 which has the scrub, stone massage, plus some other things and also added paraffin for an extra $7. She gave me the best for rub Ive ever had. You also get a complimentary water or soda. It took about 2.5 hours and I ended up paying about $132. The prices were really good and they were so amazing. Honestly Chang and Lily made me feel so comfortable and really wanted to make sure they did a great job. I highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

None of us have experienced cuts or burns or bruises. African American women get treated poorly regularly in these types of environments but I have never experienced that here at Galaxy Nails. I wanted to cry my first visit here because they were nice to me and smiled when I walked in. Thank you all for such phenomenal hospitality and kindness. You have a forever client! Codie Barlow I visited Galaxy nails Friday, September 8th, to get a set of acrylic nails. A few days after, my new nails started popping off, one by one. So the following Friday, exactly one week later, I went in to tell them how half of my nails were gone & I would like them fixed. I also wanted a pedicure done as well. The lady started my pedicure & a man came over to start working on my nails. I have to say, this man was super sweet & really seemed to be trying his best....but he basically butchered my nails. Four of my cuticles were bleeding badly, he kept cutting me over & over, my nails are slanted & some are long/some are short, acrylic powder stuck all over my fingers, uneven bumpy nail surface, extremely sharp pointy edges that cut my legs & caught on my clothing when I left...overall the worst experience getting my nails done. When I was checking out at the cash register, I was told the total would be $105.00, but that they would give me a discount of $20.00 on my nails!!!! My nails should be COMPLETELY FREE, not only because I just paid $50.00 ONE WEEK AGO, but also because of the HORRIBLE nail experience I was just put through for TWO HOURS. My cuticles & hands are still hurting & swollen today. So I paid $87.00 when it should have only been $59.00 for the pedicure. And the only reason I didnt complain in the nail salon is because for one, I didnt want to embarrass that nice man in front of all the customers & two, I didnt want them to try & fix my nails because I was in so much pain. Today, my pregnant daughter also went there to get a new set of nails. She got the same man & the same thing happened with her!! Then they charged her $65.00 when they told her $45.00 on the phone. Update: Apparently, by looking at their response, they also cannot read. Yes, whoever you are, my visit was in September. My daughter came a seperate time & had the same issue.

Niki Hebert I LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon! Ive been coming for almost 14 years. Lisa, the owner, has always been so friendly along with the rest of the staff. I went someone else about a year ago, and they totally messed up my ingrowns. This salon knows how to work on ingrown toenails and will not charge u extra for all the time they spend on them. It is like a family atmosphere at Majestic Nails. They also dont try to rip you off. Even when inflation went way up, Lisa still kept the prices low for as long as she could. If you want a GREAT place to go with GREAT prices, this is the salon for you! They dont try to rush u out the door either. They do EXCELLENT work! Just give them a try, you will be hooked!

Mustache Man My wife and I absolute, favorite place to get our nails done. Pedicures and Peppermints, that is the key. Tell your husbands that that fireman on google goes and it is fantastic. If yo are diabetic , the pedicure is great for circulation. I am not a doctor, but my father was diabetic and his Dr. Advised him to go get pedicures to improve circulation. I would consult your physician first… Lisa the owner is so nice and wonderful! Great service, 5 out of 5 on cleanliness, as well as, having spotless bathrooms. I liked the lady doing my nails but the lady that came to help with my daughters was rude and kept trying to add on design and shellac after Ive said no. She skipped doing half of my daughters pedicure (she didnt scrub her feet at all) but then tried to charge me full price. She was rude about it and I was so uncomfortable!! They got $100 from me today, but I wont be back. ETA: we did try to speak about it and were still charged $20 for my daughters pedicure, and like I said- everyone was incredibly rude about it. Also, look how horrible my cuticles look now. They actually HURT after coming here.

Kayla Castle Came in for my first set in a very long time. My nails are bumpy and in even. They tried to use 2 different colors on my nails and toes after saying they matched. I was told if I got one coat of the same color on my nails that was on my toes they would not charge me for it. (shellac color which is an up charge) they charged me 20$ plus while smiling in my face but I don’t have the heart to say anything so I just left with bad nails that cost more than what I was told. If they would have just told me I would have made a different decision but I won’t be going back after using them for over 5 years I don’t know why I kept going back. I understand needing to make money as a company but honest work isn’t their priority and it shows. Disappointed.

HeyyLatosha I had an appointment with Niva. When I arrived, she told me it would be $10 extra to get dip powder instead of acrylic even though when I made the appointment I requested dip powder and they didnt mentioned anything about an extra fee. Also, she was rushing with my nails because she had another lady waiting to see her. So when I asked her to fix a nail that she kept messing up. Her and her co-worker made a big scene. Plus, the lady who did my pedicure was rough. My toes were sore all night! It wasnt a relaxing or pleasant experience.

Addison Reddick I received a wonderful acrylic set from Taylor. I requested a thin French on almond and she definitely delivered. I am pretty picky with my nails, but her shaping was extremely consistent and on point. Everyone I encountered was friendly and welcoming and the space seemed relatively clean. Overall super positive experience!

sydney williams This is my go to nail salon, i ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. I have been going here for roughly 10 years now. However today my mom and I were getting a pedicure and some of the staff was picking other staff members scalp, removing pieces of dry scalp. In front of customers. My mom and I along with the lady next to us were just grossed out. Again I do love this place but this shouldn’t be something you do in front of customers getting dry scalp all over the desks and tweezers. I am just grossed out with the way they were putting it on the desk and not being clean about it , in front of all customers. i will still be continuing to come I just feel this needs attention. Respectfully I did take a picture, but blurred the faces out for privacy.

Kaitlynn Mcmullen I prefer the location on El Dorado. Not really happy with my nails. I sat for 2 1/2 hours for a French tip full set on my nails and at the point where they asked me if I liked them I kind of just nodded my head so I could leave. Will continue to go to the one on El Dorado by HEB.

Lindsay Jones Extremely disappointed. The lady doing my nails was in a bad mood, inpatient and rough. While she did an okay job on the pedicure the manicure was awful. I asked for a design which she said she could do, it looked great, until she decided to do the top coat before it was dry and smudged the entire thing. She redid one side and while I tried to point out the other side was also smudged she dismissed it saying it was fine. She then smudged the other one again but got up and left the table as soon as she swiped the top coat on. Now the next day they have already began chipping off and are ruined. I get regular polish doesn’t last long but this is ridiculous. Will NOT be back!

The Nail Tech Kim was not accommodating at all… she didn’t want to fix my French tip toe nails, got up and left without making sure I was satisfied with my feet The Nail Tech Vickie is great at what she does (designs) but unfortunately I won’t be returning due to a terrible experience overall I am aware that losing me as a customer will not even affect them because I honestly felt as if I wasn’t welcomed there anyway.

They offer alcoholic beverages, water, and soda. With the pedicure, you get a heated neck wrap that is delightful.

M oon The metal utensils were in sterilized pouches but she didnt put the brush she used to clean my toes off in any barbercide to sterilize it afterward, it she just rinsed it off and She put it back on her cart and went on to the next person. I work in a salon so i KNOW what/when it comes to keeping everything sterile. I especially watch when i go to new places. That was my first and last time going there. Thats a good way to spread staff infection and other diseases.

Raisa Rodriguez Me, my friend and daughter went here with intentions to get 3 full sets and 2 pedis. I had showed the lady a picture of the color i wanted. She chose to do 2 different colors that wasnt what I wanted at all. My nails are crooked, thick and hurt. Ive been getting my nails done for a very long time and this is by far the worst. I had to come home and fix them. My daughters nails are all crooked and my friends. By the end of her doing my nails I didnt even want the pedicure. Then it was completely over priced for the quality. I have no problem paying for good quality work but this was ridiculous. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Lindsey Smith I favor this place than any other local salons. Every time I came in I am always welcomed and like family. I came here throughout my pregnancy the ladies always took extra care and was gentle. I was VERY nervous about coming after having my baby and I dont have anyone available during the week to watch her so I could come here. I made the decision to just go with my baby. Girlllll let me tell you!!! Everyone was loving on her and the guy came and held her and walked around when she started to get fussy. I felt very relieved this would be a safe place for me to come and bring my baby occasionally if I couldnt get a sitter. 100 recommend! Michelle did a superb job on a special ask polish for my pedicure (mind you I hadnt gone for 5 months and I left here with brand new baby feet)

Heather M I’ve been coming here for mani pedis for the last few years and they always do a great job. I normally get shellac polish and it looks good for a long time. Little pricey but I’ve never had a bad experience here.

Riley This place was the BEST! Had the greatest experience. Alice and Sue did me and my friends nails and they turned out so beautiful. Everyone was very sweet and that along with the atmosphere made for such an amazing time.

April Garcia I came here for the first time today with daughter for pedicures. The atmosphere is so gorgeous inside, the music is perfect and my nail tech Diana is so wonderful and sweet. The place is so clean, smells amazing!! I will definitely be a returning customer.

Tandy Deerdoff My first time trying this place . Im super picky when it comes to my toes (pedicure)... Kim was awesome .. super good massage which is so important to me.. and the eyebrow girl fixed my eyebrows perfect! The last person (somewhere else) messed them up but now they look Fab! I will for sure be going back!
