April Fountaine I recently had a very therapeutic massage experience with Jules. I am someone who suffers from chronic Lyme disease and because of that I get a 110 minute massage every couple of weeks. I have been going to Sana Vida for years and even have a membership there(which I will be cancelling now that I’ve found out what Jules can do for me). My massage with Jules was perfect. Lasted for 2 hours! She took her time getting to know my muscles and ailments that I suffer from. She was extremely thorough and applied the right pressure for my body. Some massage therapists have no clue how to massage clients with Lyme disease and they can cause the client to get real sick afterwards. That didn’t happen with the massage I received from Jules. I will continue to use her services as part of my healing plan. So thankful for her and her talent. I also brought my 13 year old daughter to her for her first ever massage. My daughter was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. She is hooked now! Jules was careful to respect her boundaries and I also had to sign a consent form. My daughter loved her massage and was so relaxed afterwards. She says she is hooked! Thank you Jules. You are very good at what you do and I hope this review brings you many more happy customers!

rithika muthyala i got a gel set with acrylic tips and design. very nice and helpful staff! they made sure i felt comfortable and their service was very professional. my pedicure was done in under 25 minutes too! one of the better nail salons in waco!

Peter and Jenni treat their guests like royalty and truly care about them! I was getting compliments on my nails within 5 minutes of leaving the salon. Can’t recommend enough :)

Alaina P&J nails are the absolute best! They are so detail oriented, and their customer service is top notch! I come in with some crazy reference photos, and I have never left disappointed! They are very talented and I highly recommend!

JoAnna Moore I do not do bad reviews often, but considering my experiences here, I believe it needs to be done. I have gotten my nails done with this salon 2 times now, and both times I broke a nail (with hardly any force exerted upon the nail, this most recent time my nail got caught on a sweater and it broke) and my nails are already lifting after a week of having them. I came to the salon on my birthday looking for a nice, relaxing experience because I took the day off of work to have a self care day, but instead of getting the relaxed experience I was wanting, I truly felt like another dollar sign to this establishment. Yes, I’m fully aware that I am a dollar sign and they want my money, but I’ve been to several salons where I did NOT feel that way. The moment I walked in, right when it opened, it was like turning and burning tables in a restaurant. Not caring how the service was, just caring about getting me in a getting me out to clear the chair for the next appointment. I simultaneously got a manicure and a pedicure, the pedicure was fine besides one of my cuticles being sore due to the nail technician tugging a little too hard on it. The manicure was fine too, besides the fact that again, it was not a comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable experience. I would have to reach my hand over across my body for her to work on both of my hands while I was in the pedicure chair, the nails are beautiful, the technician was nice, but again, my nails are already lifting and I’ve only had them for a week. Getting a manicure/pedicure has always been more of a luxury for me as I’m a teacher and can’t really afford to get manicures and pedicures as often as I would like. I was really looking forward to being pampered and taken care of, but again, I just felt like I was another dollar sign and that’s not a comfortable and welcoming experience when you are coming in for some well needed self care. The only reason why I didn’t do a lower rating is because the place was accommodating to fixing my broken nail and the people there were nice. I just wish they prioritized the happiness of the clients over the dollar sign. A lot of dollars were spent for not the quality to match the price.

Madi Spry I loved this place, I’ve been multiple times and had good experiences. But I recently went to get my powder removed and replaced with gel. My nails are very healthy and strong. The person I was with filed my nails down to basically nothing, to the point where they are beyond sore and hurt to touch the following day. I am sad to leave this review, but to have a nail tech there that disregards safe nail treatment. I am really sad as I know this experience just completely ruined my healthy nails.

Kim Carter This place is AMAZING!!! I went in for a pedicure and ended up getting nails, too. This place is really clean and the staff is super friendly. Nathan did my pedicure, which was great! He took his time and gave a great leg massage. Haley did my nails and she was awesome! She let me show her a picture of what I wanted and asked me lots of questions about how I wanted them to look. Her attention to detail was impeccable. She kept checking throughout the whole process if everything looked good. Usually nail salons just push what they want on you and you may or may not leave satisfied. I love that she cared about what *I* wanted. She was even nice enough to give me prices according to the different designs that I had showed her. I will DEFINITELY be returning to this salon.

Amanda Engler New to the area and this is the second salon I tried. Found my new spot! Outstanding service. Clean, relaxing environment. Pedicure was great and I got one of the most precise shellac manicures I’ve ever had. Very impressed.

Monique Almazan BEST in Marble Falls! I’ve tried a few nail salons in the past couple years since I moved to the area and hadn’t been happy with any till now. The new owners have done a great job creating a clean, relaxing environment. The quality of service and product are outstanding. Haley is an artist!
