2 /5 Emily Ephraim: Needed a manicure and decided to do the dip nail set. The technician was nice but didnt find it necessary to tell her co-workers, to not come around the entirety of the service. Due to her having conversations that were distracting her, she would have been a bit more focused on my manicure service, she would have not cut my cuticle too deep and caused me to bleed. I got no apologies, but rather her attempt to quickly correct her mistake, while I was watching tv. There was no sympathy to ask if it hurt etc.
Im sure the establishment is probably private owned, but they could really work on customer service overall.
