Estefany Velez I was really looking forward to a relaxing pedicure, but my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, I wasn’t asked which pedicure I wanted—the tech just did whatever she wanted without giving me a choice. She told me to pick a color from the wall, but when I asked for the same shade in gel, it ended up being much darker and not what I wanted. The water was scorching hot, to the point that I couldn’t even put my feet in to enjoy it. The tech didn’t adjust the temperature until it was time to rinse off the exfoliating scrub, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. On top of that, the entire pedicure was rushed—she finished in about 15 minutes and was on the phone telling someone she was leaving soon. The worst part was that she cut my cuticles so aggressively that I bled. The polish was also poorly applied, leaving a bubbly finish. Overall, I felt rushed, uncomfortable, and disappointed. A pedicure should be a relaxing experience, but this was far from it. I wouldn’t recommend this salon unless they take better care of their clients and improve their service.

Genesis Indira-Ambriz I got there, and they sat me right away to soak off my previous set and then forgot I existed. The tips of my fingers and my thumbs got chemical burns. Its almost been a week, and my hands are still dry from the damage. I stayed to finally get the set I asked for, which was a light pink/peachy square French set--you know what I got? I got a regular white tip French set, even though when he asked his boss if that was it, I corrected him and said politely, no, I want peach pink tips. He completely ignored me. I also had initially asked for a white flower on my ring fingers and this man was going to put a sticker, I would have understood if he couldnt create nail designs but he waited last minute to tell me thats what he was going to do. The placement of said sticker was not even good or even. So I politely asked him to take off the sticker before it ruined them even more and asked for top coat. I decided then I would just write a review and never go back, which I dont usually do but I feel wronged. I will say after I rejected this mans sticker, he did tell the manager and she offered to do the design for me, which was nice but I declined. I was in pain and I really wanted to leave. She asked if I was OK after the service and I shouldve made a scene and explained how i felt but I chose to leave. Because in that moment I felt awful, I really just needed to breath fresh air. I forgot to mention my nails were soaking for 2 hours. This place does have really great prices, the set I got was just 45 dollars and touldve been 65 had I gone else where. So if you want basic, cheap nails theyre great. My nails did turn out ok even if its not what I asked for. Photo of what I asked for, for reference.

Nancy Capobianco She didnt use acetone to remove gell she used dremil and shaved my nail so bad the next day it still hurt to touch anything I wont come back.my daughter and granddaughter both were nicked and bleed

She also asked me about my comfort with the tools she uses and provides other options for people with sensitive skin or disabilities. Her art work is beautiful and my appointment was not rushed. I’m definitely a customer now!

Melissa Pollard Terrie is absolutely the best at what she does! Ive never had an experience getting a nail service where I felt heard or cared about. She takes her time and makes sure each nail is perfect! And they are! You can really tell she loves what she does and I love that for her! . Ive been suffering with a bit of new mommy blues lately but, let me tell you this women did her thing! I feel like I got some me time with gorgeous nails to boast about. Seriously tho you wont regret going with her. Def will ONLY be seeing this gem!!!!

Shaira Gutierrez Amazing service provided! Loved the one on one attention and not feeling like I’m being rushed out for the next customer. Terrie was so patient to my daughter who also had her nails done and made her feel really welcomed. We loved the finished results of our nails and will be returning again.

Katie Tatum Technician did my mom’s nails nicely, and the people were pleasant, however my experience was not good. I had dip nails. My 1st photo was the same day I got my nails, it was done so thin, it broke. It was a mess around my cuticles and was hard to remove once I left. The clear coat has also chipped off since the day I got them so I don’t think I’ll be going back.

TeRika Brown Their service was horrible. I asked for gel they gave me powderkept saying it’s the same price idc I asked for gel & I wanted what I wanted I’m the one paying. The man pushed my phone down while I was trying to text my son back.( I wasn’t moving or in his way) My nails was ugly didn’t have any brushes to clean up the powder & stuff that was on my fingers. I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN.

Courtney Gipson Kelly is the only one I trust to take care of my nails. No lifting and the nail shape is always perfect! She’s professional and her salon is so very clean! I’ve seen her fix other peoples nails that they were unhappy going somewhere else.

Senequa Mallard Kelly gives you a different experience! She does not cut or file nor does she use the foot grater! I left there with the best mani and pedi EVER!

Blaire Duecker Every time my family walks in we are happily greeted by everyone in the salon. The staff have never turn our walk-ins down and they get to us quickly every time, even staying later and not rushing making sure we are 100% satisfied. We usually come in for nails, eyebrow waxing, eyelash extensions & pedicures. Our nails & eyelash extensions stay on longer than anywhere else we have been. Conversation & beverages are great & the place is very clean! It’s a great relaxing place to go get everything you need at one spot!

Yelitza Maldonado I came in with my family and it was 6 of us and they allowed us to walk in and they did a great job! We all got pedicures and they did such a good job on each one of us. We all really enjoyed it, they offered us drinks if we wanted any and were very attentive to detail. Highly recommend! We would definitely love to come again!

Robin Thomas The photo with the pearl ring is what I asked for. The other image is what I got. I was still made to pay for the service even though it wasn’t completed. The man that was there made it clear it was my fault I didn’t get the service requested. I would not go here. They’re sarcastic and rude blaming the client instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes.

Chasity Morrow This guy did fantastic with my daughters nails..... Mine are ok got 2 that arent even but Im happy with them over all. Her nails were kinda pricey compared to other places but if these stay on longer Ill come back! Good clean place wait time wasnt long either! Very friendly staff!!

Karina Flores I have been to this place multiple times and usually it’s an ok job since I just get a one color dip and it’s a location close to home. But this will be the last time I go back, my nails were burning while I was getting them done and I told the man but he just said he will file down (maybe he didn’t understand what I meant). The man would rush and do many different other things at the same time. The rest of the whole day my nails were in pain!!! I liked how my nails looked except for 3 of them that were bumpy and not even but the pain and discomfort my nails have been all day after that is horrible and I will for sure not go back anymore!

Yesy McCracken I go every 2weeks to Angies nails. I get my scheduled appts for 2 months at a time. I always walk out of there feeling my hands look very beautiful, they do a Great Job. The best part is coming home and my husband complementing my nails. I love this place. They make you feel like home and it’s always fun. Thank You Angie’s Nails.

MIRRORKLE Service is horrible! I came before 6 and they didnt want to service me bc they had to be somewhere to be right after 6‼️ ide understand if I came literally 5:50-6 but I was there at 5:30 and still refuse to service me. Your sign says close at 6 VERY UNPROFESSIONAL‼️ RUDE‼️ take your money somewhere else‼️

Victoria Castaneda I rate this nail salon a 0/10. I asked for French Tip and gave me something completely different. They made my finger bleed, not professional, rude being loud across nail salon and I do not recommend.

Shana Prouty When moving to Tyler Texas, two years ago I was so worried about finding somebody who can take care of me and my nails the way I’d like to. I’m very picky and don’t just settle. I found an amazing nail shop called Nirvana’s nail spa in Tyler, Texas my go to man’s name is Kenny. I am so grateful I have found him. He understands what I like and he is so good at what he does he’s fast he listens and I’m treated like a queen when I’m there I sit down. Julie Jett Lee took care of my 82 year old mom and Sam and Tina handled my super messed up feet and hands. Amazing work! My mom has mobility issues and very sensitive feet and Lee was perfect for her. Sam and Tina got me looking much better in record time. I think we have a new salon!

sarah This was my first time here and most definitely will not be the last (even though I live an hour away). We came in on a whim, and I am so glad we did. The staff was very friendly and did a great job! I didnt catch the name of the gentleman who did my pedicure (middle-aged, wears glasses), but he was amazing!

Calandra Jones I visited this salon for the first time last week. I got my nails done and a pedicure, so I ended up spending over $100. What I love about the shop is the location and its very nice and spacious inside. There was an initial mishap with my nails, I got clear dip with white French tips, but I went back and Mrs. Lin did an excellent job at fixing it. She re-did my entire nails at no changed and that was literally the fastest anyone has ever done my nails. I commend her for her customer service and willingness to fix a mistake. I would definitely recommend this place because most other nail places would not care whether you are satisfied or not, especially after you leave.

Jessica McLean I came in today as a walk in and my first time there. Lyn took GREAT care of me! She had my long stiletto nails done in about 30 minutes and they were prefect! I will be making this my new nail place!

Soha Choudhry To start off, customer service was good. Everyone was nice and helpful. I wanted holiday nails to feel festive. I haven’t got dips in a long time so I wanted a nice relaxing experience! I wanted mani and pedi ,so I chose out my colors. The lady at the front desk helped me by finding my nail color. I got seated on the pedicure chair, and the guy who did my pedicure was really nice. Later, a teen girl came to do my nails. She sat next to me and started doing my nails. A lot of things I noticed was she kept putting my fingers in the dip about 5 times. I told her I didn’t want bold or bubble nails, and she said I know. I thought they did a different process. Also, she was drilling my nails but she did it so unprofessionally, she drilled my finger. Which is now swollen but the way! She was about to put the clear polish on top to make it glossy, but it was way too thick. I told her, and she said sorry and tried to fix it with the drill. It was still too bold, so I told her. She said I should have just got gel. I have been doing dips for a long time, I know this isn’t what you do. After she was done with my nails it was bubbly and bulky. After I was done, I went to the cash register, and told the lady. She told me it was fine, and that’s how dips work. At that point, I didn’t want to remove them because it was 43$. She said come back in 2 weeks if you wanted to get them removed. I told her it was fine I guess, and just left as fast as I could. That girl obviously needs some training, she did horrible! To also mention, I have been coming here for almost 2 years. They obviously changed their service. NEVER COMING BACK!!!

Abigail Phillips I was able to get the prettiest nails ever at Aloha! They do such a great job at listening and caring about how you want to get your nails done. While I was there, Vida and Jason helped take care of me. Vida is super kind, has a bubbly personality, and is did literally what I asked for! If you want PERFECTION, Vida is your girl! As far as details go, Jason is your man! He did the little star on my nails and it turned out spectacular! WOW I’ve never have been so happy with my nails in my LIFE. I like never leave reviews, but this place is just AMAZING!!!

Chauncie Thompson Jason’s the best!!! I’ve been a client with them for yrs and they have never done me wrong! I’m very OCD so I’m very particular about my nails and they always take care, “fix” or reshape without issue or frustration. And look at these Holiday nails?!!! The pin vs my outcome is astounding!!!

Jessica Betts This is such a cute salon and goes above and beyond to make a wonderful experience. I booked in advance (which is a must since it’s a small salon) and came here the day before my wedding with all of my bridesmaids. The owner blocked out her schedule to accommodate all of us and even let us bring in our own catered snacks and drinks. There were a ton of neutral colors to pick from and I was very happy to find out that they don’t cut your cuticles (I’ve had a very bad experience in the past with having my cuticles cut that ended in a terrible infection from another nail salon). Overall I was very happy with the quality of service and would return. Highly recommend for special events too!!

Christina Raabe I love this nail salon and go any time I am in town!! The color options are absolutely STUNNING, they are so much more gentle than all the other nail salons in Tyler, and it is such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I love that they have both gel and performance polish (which is no-chip for 7-10 days, I believe, dries within 3-5 minutes, and comes off easily when youre ready to take it off with normal nail polish remover!) I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of service you get here. So much better than the other places in town where they are herding people in and out with little care to the quality of their products and customers experiences!

Wes This was my first time to get a manicure, ever. I’m a guy so don’t really make it a priority like I should. This place seems exceptionally clean and sanitary, and I think that’s really important. Alexia Rodriguez Honestly. I knew better to come here but I still did. They used to do so good back then, I don’t know what happened now. Moving back from Dallas to Tyler I needed a nail tech to do a last minute set so I thought to come here. I asked for a simple black V French tip with a charm and I got exactly that but very ugly and not detailed :( they were bulky, my cuticles were not cut, the acrylic was on my cuticles. This has to be the worst set ever. Truly will never come back and just stick to independent nail techs. I also paid 75$ for this and still left a tip. The most rushed nail set ever.

Rebecca M Evans I was visiting from Michigan and came to this place to get my nails taken off and a new set. This lady with shoulder length hair and highlights had started on my nails and didn’t examine my nails at all just started clipping my nails and went all the way down to my pinky nail bed and I started bleeding. I asked her how long she have been doing nails because she didn’t even look at how long my nail bed was and she was just doing a lousy job taking off nails. So she passes me to a guy that doesn’t know how to do nails. He did a horrible job. It was so dark in there so I could really see well after he was done. I didn’t tip well because he kept asking me to get something else instead of what I want. I will never return to this place. The next day my nails was already lifting up on the side and I noticed right away that they were uneven. I was visiting from Michigan and I didn’t have time to go back the same day. Went back the next day and the owner of the salon says for an extra $20 he will fix them. I already spent $45 on this ugly set. The owner obviously doesn’t care about the quality of product or service he offers. I left and I’ll never go back.
