Allie Wilker Meghan is the best!! My lashes always look gorgeous, hold up well over-time and stay healthy between appointments. She’s the longest stylist I’ve stayed with in the last five years because her service sticks out as the best! She’s always on time and professional making it the best experience it can be. We can talk for an hour or I can doze off and fall asleep she is down for either which is hard to find in a lash tech as well! I highly recommend Meghan to everyone who asks about my lashes while out and about in the area!

Jamie Martin UPDATE- I have to let yall know I was fully refunded! I also was offered a free set for me and my daughter! We both had a VERY GOOD experience this time around. They went above and beyond to fix this situation. I want to say that everyone has a bad day. This may have been the case with the tech that day. I was very pleased with the results. PLEASE READ THIS AND DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went in with my daughter February 27 2025 to get pampered before her wedding on Saturday on March 1st. I was taped up and about a little more than half way through she left the room to get something. Im sitting there still taped up. Eyes closed and she begins to pluck my hair near my temples. Can you imagine having your hair ripped out without explaining that she dropped glue in my hair in two spots and on my face!! I asked her what is going on and she says she is going to try to take the glue off. Im sitting there shocked, she goes and try to pluck hair out my bangs! I tell her no I will not have a bald spot for my daughters wedding. I tell her to stop. 2 and half hours I was there. I go to the front and complain there is glue in my hair and on my face. The manager would lot come out to speak to me and the front desk lady kept going to her office and relaying back and forth and no one even cared. I stood there and finally another tech comes out and removes it. Everyone there was unapologetic and did not care. I was not wanting to make a scene. I wanted to have a pleasant time celebrating with my daughter. No discount for the hair I lost. No apology for the stress and torture I went through sitting there unable to see while my hair was ripped out. Ladies they were going to let me leave with black glue on my face and in my hair. I wanted to cry! Scream and not pay. Last thing I wanted was cops called for non payment. Im telling you DO NOT GO HERE! They are uncaring and disrespectful. Its been 5 days and my lashes are not even staying. My inner corners are bare. I would not of left a review for that. It just adds to the fact they do not know what they are doing. But the trauma and rudeness made me leave this review.

Kiarra Touchstone Ive gotten eyelash extensions, eyelash lift and tint, and eyebrows laminated by Jayla. AMAZING. There isnt anything she cant do! The space is nice and relaxing too while youre getting your service done. 10/10 would recommend!

Gummy My mother had an amazing experience here. She recently finished her Chemo treatments and decided to come here to get her head shaved. Autumn not only provided a very generous service, Autumn made my mom feel special and heard. They also had a great conversation about Selena! Thank you so much for everything!

Crystal Rivera Hands down the best customer service. Chloe is super friendly and acknowledges everyone with a smile on her face. Cindy gave me a great massage and did my pedicure. She genuinely cared and did a great job! Son was amazing when it came to my Manicure! Sweet place with really great services and amazing team!!

Shavonne Ferguson This was my first time going here and if I might add, it won’t be my last. Great customer service started at the door! It’s so nice and welcoming. I absolutely love it! And my nails came out exactly how I wanted them. S/O to Tiffany❤️ she’s so good. Love it! And they don’t rush you to pay before the work is done like other salons. Definitely will be recommending them to others.

Robert Wow! What amazing place! This nail salon never disappoints. My girlfriend and I love coming here. They go above and beyond to ensure that you receive top tier service, that you’re comfortable and that you are completely satisfied. Been to other places but this place definitely makes you feel welcomed and Chloe, the owner, makes sure you leave completely happy. Kimberley Warren I have been going here since they opened. I never ask for anyone specific, they all do a great job. Today I got Mia, I have had her before and she does such good work. I think I will be asking for her next time. Tim and Lily go out of their way to know your name and create a relationship with their patrons.

SA I went in for a mani- pedi with regular white polish. Mimi maybe great at the massage but horrible on the rest. While Rushing through it, She pulled at my cuticles which was painful and then the rest is obvious in the photos. The painting was as fast as possible without a care about how it looked. She did not even remove all the old nail polish. I paid and tipped but unfortunately didn’t notice how awful my nails, especially my toes looked until I got home. I called them and told them my toes looked awful. The man on the other line told me to come back to see my toes. I said ok but I have a class to attend in 15 min; I said that I don’t have time now to fix them. He said it will only be 5 minutes and that he would just paint over them (mess that was already were). I said no, it needs to be removed and repainted .i tried showing him and he didn’t even care. He said that I just have small nails and basically nothing more. I told him oh never mind and I will not be returning. As I left he yelled .ok! Bye! Terrible customer service. Stay away from this place.

Marissa Gonzalez I have come here for my pedicures for about a year. Best pedicure I’ve gotten. I pay for the highest paying pedicure and no complaints. Sometimes they clip my cuticles and I bleed but hey that happens. Now I decided to get my nails with them for the first time. BIG mistake. This lady messed up my nails so bad. All I wanted was a French tip lol and she made the French tips so thick and didn’t even paint all the nail????? Worst service ever. She did it so fast too. Felt like I was not wanted. So this place is meant for pedicures and not fake nails.

DeAnn Dykstra My teenage daughter LOVES this place, and will never go anywhere else. Fast, very accurate, and great price. Driveway a little hard to find, but well worth it. Everyone there is happy with her service, and she has a great attitude.

Sabrina Seabolt Went here for the first time today and I loved it so much! Very friendly staff and she did amazing on my brows! I used to drive all the way to San Marcos but then I heard about this place and I was so impressed! Im definitely going to become a regular!

Jennifer Mata Parul is the BEST hands down! I drive from Austin to New Braunfels simply because no one does a better job and her work is definitely worth the drive. My eyebrows always look perfect and I refer everybody who asks, because I almost always get asked who does my eyebrows. Shes super sweet My entire family and all my friends now go to her, thats how good she is. Her prices are much less than you would expect to pay for the excellent job she does. Her place is clean and beautiful, its a bit tricky to find so you have keep an eye out for the sign.

Karyn Boyd I booked a half-day Getaway Package with an hour-long massage + foot scrub, hour-long facial, and dessert and it was HEAVEN! Andrea (massage) and Kim (facial) took great care of me from start to finish and it was the perfect 50th birthday present to myself! Already saving up my allowance for another one!!

Panna Patel I went to this place for a massage and let me tell you how amazing it was! I started the day off with an argument with my husband and then went into the massage with Alecia all upset initially. I KID YOU NOT. The moment I walked in, I felt all relaxed! Then the massage she did literally melted away EVERY anger at my husband. THE KICKER, YOU GUYS READY?? When the warm towel was put on my body, I decided to just remember hes a good man. I literally went home and APOLOGIZED when I was RIGHT. Ladies, Im telling you. The relaxation and magical hands Alecia used on me got me to apologize this man for HIM not putting dishes in the dishwasher. Yall. Alecia saves marriages. You wont regret it!

Maripat Kidd From 2014-2017, Melissa Boyles did my hair. I moved out of state, Ive returned and again went to Melissa at Vista Salon Suites. Her suite is so welcoming. She makes me wonder why I ever left Texas. My hair hasnt looked this good in years! So professional, so caring, so talented... Thanks Melissa.

Jemma Yassin Lisa Mary was able to do my pedicure and it was amazing, I really enjoyed the whole experience… the great conversation, top-notch customer service, calming peaceful environment and she did a great job overall! Christelle Chalmers I have been getting facials my whole life and I did not think that someone could Woaw me with their services like Olivia has . She’s has completely changed getting pampered for me . Olivia uses the latest équipement and now extractions are no longer painful . That is the biggest win for me I have dry and extraction are a must for me and now thanks to an esthetician who cares about giving the best service and has the best gear I can relax and enjoy the whole facial . Every time I leave I feel refreshed renewed the anxiety I used to feel going I to any facials is now gone . That alone deserves a million star review . The service is excellent . Her attentions to details is amazing Olivia has hair ties ready , snacks , deodorant , hair brushes , tooth brushes anything a girl can dream of having available after a relaxing facial to get herself ready again for the day . hannah semlinger I got my first facial ever, done by Olivia. It was absolutely amazing. Her little space was so welcoming and relaxing. The products she used made my skin feel amazing and she was just fantastic the whole entire time and made sure my experience was comfortable and relaxed. 10/10.

Camille and Angelica Olivia is my favorite!! I highly recommend Eden Esthetics! She’s got so much love built into what she does! She has got the clean girl aesthetic down, and her whole studio was so relaxing to be in. This was my first ever facial and Olivia talked me through everything she was doing so that it wouldn’t be intimidating. She asked me beforehand what my skin was like and what I was looking for, so I loved the personalized experience I had. Plus it felt way too good!! I talked her ear off almost the whole time, and she didn’t hate me lol! Next time i’m going for a full relaxation, and I can’t wait!! I live in San Marcos, and my drive to her studio was just over 10 mins which is so great! From what I’ve seen, Olivia is such a genuine human and an empowered woman. And I LOVE to support my women owned businesses!! Go check her out, I highly recommend!

Tiffany Lu Store was not clean. Towel, sink & table to place your hands on to dry nails was dirty. Nail technician was looking at her phone/watching videos? For the 1st 10 minutes of my manicure. She was very distracted. She was not friendly. But the last straw, and why I will NEVER go back there again, is that she cut my cuticle so badly then ignored when I told her and showed her the blood around my nail, she continued to paint my nails. Blood was coming thru the polish! I should of got up and walked out when she was initially on her phone, she was missing my nail with the tool that pushed back the cuticles at that point. DONT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! IM PRAYING MY FINGER DOESNT GET INFECTED!

Catherine Olguin Im sorry but the lady burnt my face when she waxed me twice . I have burnt marks on my face now and the nails were not what I asked at all . I had to go get them fixed somewhere else . I wont be going back here or recommending this place either .

Emily Roberts Ashley delivered the best Swedish massage. I workout daily and it had been some time in between massages. She was so relaxing but also knew where my muscles needed attention. The retreat was so wonderful! 10/10!!!

Sara Korenek-Coburn I have been going to the retreat for about a year and a half for facials, massages, pedicures, and manicures. The staff have always been kind, professional, and very knowledgeable with no issues with any of the services I’ve received. I especially have always enjoyed getting massages from Ashley who always makes me feel like a brand new person when I walk out of the door! There is no other place to go for your spa needs! What made me finally do a review was my latest experience with Leigh and Alyssa who completely transformed my hair. I went light blonde about six weeks ago and it progressively became more splotchy in the back with a big contrast in colors despite an attempted correction. I came to the retreat to have it fixed with so much anxiety that I would run into the same issues and that it still wouldn’t be fixed. Leigh couldn’t have been more kind or compassionate over my previous experience and took the time to really go over expectations and options with me. My hair came out even better than I expected and I literally had tears in my eyes all the way out to the car that I was “myself” again. I have so much more confidence and less anxiety over my hair now with my new color! I couldn’t thank Leigh and Alyssa enough by the end of my appointment. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Rachel Ann Olivas Inspo pic versus what I got. Insanely thick dipped nails with humps, didn’t take it far enough back and they clearly didn’t use shellac, look at it chipping etc! This place doesn’t care about customer service or the art of how nails should be done. My toes look like I got them done 4+ weeks ago! Wouldn’t refund because I came back 5 days later. So I’m going thru the insurance company! 114.00 wasted!

The Talgal Wonderful! Looking forward to my next appointment. After my first failed nail experience in town, I found this place and was happy to see that they were more professional as well as very prepared with the new social measures in place. Three things to note before your visit: 1.Please make an appointment ahead of time 2.Wash your hands when you first arrive 3.Please keep your mask for the entirety of your visit Aside from a few issues that I find personal preference related, I enjoyed my pedicure and was very happy with the results! The management and services were very friendly and accommodating. I look forward to going back for a mani-pedi again to see if this is my new nail spot.

Kelly Quarles Vincent and the rest of the staff at LaLuna were very friendly and attentive. When I arrived at La Luna, my nails were misshaped and way over due for a fill. Vincent did a fantastic job at reshaping, cleaning, filling and painting my nails. I definitely recommend LaLuna and will return.
