1 /5 Estefany Velez: I was really looking forward to a relaxing pedicure, but my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, I wasn’t asked which pedicure I wanted—the tech just did whatever she wanted without giving me a choice. She told me to pick a color from the wall, but when I asked for the same shade in gel, it ended up being much darker and not what I wanted. The water was scorching hot, to the point that I couldn’t even put my feet in to enjoy it. The tech didn’t adjust the temperature until it was time to rinse off the exfoliating scrub, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. On top of that, the entire pedicure was rushed—she finished in about 15 minutes and was on the phone telling someone she was leaving soon. The worst part was that she cut my cuticles so aggressively that I bled. The polish was also poorly applied, leaving a bubbly finish. Overall, I felt rushed, uncomfortable, and disappointed. A pedicure should be a relaxing experience, but this was far from it. I wouldn’t recommend this salon unless they take better care of their clients and improve their service.

2 /5 Genesis Indira-Ambriz: I got there, and they sat me right away to soak off my previous set and then forgot I existed. The tips of my fingers and my thumbs got chemical burns. Its almost been a week, and my hands are still dry from the damage. I stayed to finally get the set I asked for, which was a light pink/peachy square French set--you know what I got? I got a regular white tip French set, even though when he asked his boss if that was it, I corrected him and said politely, no, I want peach pink tips. He completely ignored me. I also had initially asked for a white flower on my ring fingers and this man was going to put a sticker, I would have understood if he couldnt create nail designs but he waited last minute to tell me thats what he was going to do. The placement of said sticker was not even good or even. So I politely asked him to take off the sticker before it ruined them even more and asked for top coat. I decided then I would just write a review and never go back, which I dont usually do but I feel wronged. I will say after I rejected this mans sticker, he did tell the manager and she offered to do the design for me, which was nice but I declined. I was in pain and I really wanted to leave. She asked if I was OK after the service and I shouldve made a scene and explained how i felt but I chose to leave. Because in that moment I felt awful, I really just needed to breath fresh air. I forgot to mention my nails were soaking for 2 hours. This place does have really great prices, the set I got was just 45 dollars and touldve been 65 had I gone else where. So if you want basic, cheap nails theyre great. My nails did turn out ok even if its not what I asked for. Photo of what I asked for, for reference.

1 /5 Nancy Capobianco: She didnt use acetone to remove gell she used dremil and shaved my nail so bad the next day it still hurt to touch anything I wont come back.my daughter and granddaughter both were nicked and bleed

5 /5 Vanessa Medina: Let’s start by saying that I was the customer walking in at 7:10PM asking if it was too late to get my nails done when they closed at 7:30. He said no and sat me down and got to working. Chin did an amazing job with my dip nails! He took his time and paid attention to detail enough though he was staying late! Don’t worry! I left Chin the tip he deserved and I will be back later this week to get the pedi done next! If you go here you should definitely ask for Chin! He will do an AMAZING job!

5 /5 Tonya Kelson: Every time I go Chin gets my nails perfect and he pays attention to how the customer wants it to look. This is definitely where I’ll be going. Went today and was most definitely pleased.
