Nikki Rose Ive gotten nail fungus Ive paid great tips and never get what I want my nails I pay $75 & $85 for feet Ive been going here since covid this Thursday 2025 will be my last

Kathy Brown I took my 88 y/o mother to this salon for a manicure and pedicure. I told her she was a diabetic and needed to make sure she treated her feet with care. It wasn’t long until I heard mom tell her she was scrubbing her feet to hard. She just ignored her and continued what she was doing. By the time I stopped her she had broken the skin and her foot was bleeding. She had already starting the pedi when I noticed the salon was dirty and in disrepair. I honestly believe the health department would shut the place down if they did a cold call. Needless to say I will not be returning and am seriously considering lodging a complaint.

Cheryl Mooneyham I went in for a manicure and was overcharged $60 which shouldve been no more than $35. I do not recommend and o will not go back

Sondra Hines The place has an open sign lit up. I am here within the hours of operation. However-for some reason the place IS NOT OPEN! There is another customer parked beside me and neither one of us know as to why the door is locked. I give...guess they do not want our business.

Shannon Walked in to get fill in lady was laying down in a chair covered up in a blanket. I told her I needed a fill in no one was in the shop she said she couldnt do it because she has a appointment in 20 minutes. I said can u get started she said no to come back in 2 hours. Door states walk in welcome. I told her she needs to remove that .not good business.. ...

Nikki Telles I went here because it was convenient and good hours. However, I will not return they cut my cuticle and made it bleed 3 different times. Plus they are very rude and then told me it will be fine. I was bleeding and she stuck my hand in acetone which burned and she told me its fine. I will never go back here.

Arlie Haddox I will never go back. Worst experience ever. The service is quick and they are polite but they pretend to not understand English so they can do what they want and charge you more. I asked for acrylic full set with polish for my girls. They gave them dip powder and charged 50 a piece for them. The nails were misshaped and uneven. I asked for white tips for myself and again the nails were misshaped and very sloppy. I paid $160 for some nails that would’ve looked better had I done them myself and I don’t even do nails.

Traveller *Powder dip manicure lasted 4 days before chipping whereas usually lasts at least 3 weeks from other salons.. This experience was courteous in the sense they tried to get the design I wanted and did that well. Painful to sit through as the dremel tool use caused me to bleed and then they spray alcohol on it and say "thats why I dont do white people nails. They say ouch ouch. Too sensitive!"

Destynee Foreman For my daughters sweet 16 birthday she wanted to get her nails done, we tried this place because our usual place wasnt available at the timeframe we had to be able to go. We called the nail shop ahead of time and asked if they could do her nails exactly how she wanted them done and they said "yes and it would only take 45 minutes". Once we got to the nail shop, we waited for almost 25 minutes before someone was able to do her nails. The nail tech didnt give her what was promised over the phone or shown in the picture my daughter had and it took over an hour to finish. A day away from 2 weeks later, her nails are popping off and chipping, when I called for a refund I was told "no refunds and that nothing could be done once its been 2 weeks" and they hung up. We will not be returning here or recommending anyone else that we know to go here. Very poor customer service. ***(Picture was in the car, not the clearest because of the light but shes missing 3 nails and 1 chipped)

Mallie Mullins Loved my experience! My boyfriend and I both got pedicures and I also got a manicure. We came in last minute and they took us in. I just went for a pedicure but they offered to do my manicure while I was getting my toes done so we weren’t late for our dinner reservations. People are super sweet! I will be coming back!

Breanna Torres Stacy did amazing from the jump! She was very aware and made sure to keep me involved throughout my whole pedicure! She made sure to ask my comfort level and Andy did amazing on my full set acrylics! They were so welcoming and made great conversation! Can’t wait to be back!

Holly Jones Andy did my nails and they look absolutely amazing! The almond shape and length are soo beautiful! But my favorite part was the way he FLAWLESSLY applied the acrylic! 100% recommend

cynthia hawkins Did a great job with my nails using them for the first time! They turned out great and just the color I wanted inspired by my late grandma’s upcoming bday! Tommy made sure the color looked good on my skin tone and what I wanted! The shop looks beautiful with all the new chairs and equipment (and comfortable) definitely will miss Raymond and Anna but grateful to still have a great place to use each month! Try them out! Open 7 days now!

klowey phillips i came here for a manicure & pedicure for the first time since the new owners took over 2 weeks ago.,, i had an amazing experience! & they had great prices! i will absolutely be back!!!

Jennifer I think they do a great job but unfortunately they now charge a processing fee for card payments. Im glad I noticed it when I went to check out and I had cash. There is no sign that I noticed about the fee or verbal communication about the fee.

Brandi Hurst The chairs are all situated in a circle, so it was a little inconvenient for chatting with my friend AND enjoying the massage, but we still had a great time and were quite happy with our pedicures. They were recommended and we will definitely be returning in the future!

Precision Paint and Body Took my 7y.o. Daughter here to have her nails done, for the first time ever. She had a very specific look she was wanting painted on her new nails and she even brought a picture of what she wanted. The lady that worked on my daughter’s nails did a great job and was very helpful and nice. Definitely hit the “nail” on the head!!

Mike Openroad We were in Texarkana (08/2018) for a wedding, and my wife, her sisters, mother, and niece went to Kelly Nail & Spa on Richmond Rd. for manicures…a girls’ day out on a Saturday afternoon. They reported that Kelly’s was clean, bright, and very busy. Staff were in graphic t-shirts, shorts, and sandals/flip-flops...for the most part, staff acted professional, but Kelly Nail & Spa did not feel like a professional shop. My wife got a manicure by Kelly (the owner), who was very nice, very attentive, and very thorough. One sister and her mother also purchased pedicures. They reported being satisfied with their manicures and pedicures, but they mentioned that their manicures and pedicures weren’t anything more nor anything less than other places they have been for beautification and relaxation. The other sister and my niece were not satisfied with their manicures, as they reported that the gentlemen attending to them seemed to be in a rush and unengaging. They reported that they did not get hand massages/lotion like the other three and were dissatisfied with the overall visit. Apparently, Kelly’s was very busy (Saturday afternoon), and instead of reporting a delay, they tried to push as many customers through as was possible…this cut down on customer service. Two of the ladies voted for three stars, two of the ladies voted for four stars, and the mother was undecisive and voted for 3.5 stars. All reported that they would try a different place the next time they were in Texarkana except my wife, who really enjoy Kelly’s (the owner) manicure.

Monshayle Allison I hadnt had a pedicure in a few months and knew my feet needed work. I was the only one in the shop. He only touched the cuticles of my big toe and just sawed the rest of my toes. He just laid the hot towels, that were barely luke warm, over my feet and legs for a couple minutes. I didnt even feel any heat from the "hot" stones and he rubbed them across my legs so fast it was over before I knew it. Didnt feel any heat from those either. He just rushed through my feet as if there were other people waiting. For $55 I expected a better experience and some time taken to get rid of all the dead skin and buildup around my nail bed. One star is simply for the color because he didnt bother to massage my legs or feet worth anything.

Bermeshia Rives I been coming here since I was pregnant and this is by far the best nail shop I been to. I love the cleanliness, the fact that my services are never rushed… no matter how busy they are, the thoroughness and how polite they are and the peppermint pedicures with real herbs are my fave. I will continue coming and bringing my clients here.

Zoe Ebarb I wanted to like this place but my experience wasn’t the best. The lady who did my nails did not ask me what length, shape, or anything I wanted… There was acrylic goop (whatever you want to call it) under a few of my nails, she talked on the phone the entire time while rushing to get my nails done, ignored me when I pointed out mistakes that could’ve easily been fixed, & then charged me $50 for a refill. Not to mention, she turned away a customer when she was finishing my nails bc she was “way too busy” (there were no other customers). Nails don’t look terrible from the top though!

NORMA WYATT One of the women was quite rude to me. Told me she would help me in 5 minutes. I was waiting 20 and then I went to the register and told then I had other places to go. They urged me to wait. I requested regular polish...not gel. I picked out a color but told them I didnt want get twice. First lady rudely yelled at me saying the box had both kinds of polish in it although the box clearly stated it was gel polish. Not sure what I really got. Paid only $5 less than my usual dipping powder cost. I wont return

Sadie Coleman Absolutely obsessed! I was seating around 5:45-6pm (they close at 7), however they did AMZING!!! These are my favorite nails I’ve ever gotten. I showed my nail tech a photo I found on pinterest and she replicated it perfectly, if not better. 10/10!

Amy wood Nails were everything I wanted, absolutely beautiful. A little pricey, $60 for full set, but done amazing job so I didnt mind. 2 days later just washing my hair I had 2 nails come off. By day 4 I had lost 5 nails and ended up having to take the others off cause I didnt have time to get them fixed. Ive religiously had my nails done every 2 weeks for the past 3 years and Ive never had nails pop off like this.

Gwyn Everett Bella nails is our go-to nail salon. They work fast but they do a great job. The nails hold up really well over time. If something goes wring-a chip or break-they work me in and fix it quick. They really value their customers. They do a really relaxing pedicure. They do a fantastic eyebrow wax. The value for your money is really high. They know us, how long weve been coming there. I cant say enough how great this place is. Its nice to get the vip treatment!!!

Amy McClane I was having a terrible day and didn’t have an appointment. They welcomed me and did a great job! I think this is my new place to go! Highly recommend Relax Spa and Nail!

Cayla Madaris I was traveling through on my way from Memphis to Austin and hit two other salons before this one. They were too busy at 930 for a walkin, so that was fine, but they werent very friendly other than to tell me no. This place was great, I felt welcomed as soon as I came in. They had an appointment at 1030 but said they could fit in a basic pedicure. Very nice people and great work.

Naturepower I had a great experience here. I walked in and they accommodated me quickly. They are very experienced nail tech who understood what I wanted. I told her about the shape which isn’t easy to do, I like almond but I don’t like long nails but she made it looking beautiful. They lasted for a long time.

Emily Heimeyer They were AMAZING!! I brought my baby with me during my appointment bc I am ebf. Of course I had her covered in her car seat to protect her. They were very kind, gentle, judge free, welcoming, respectful, and engaging. They made room for my baby and her stuff when I got a pedicure and manicure. When she would fuss or whine, they helped soothe and made me not feel guilty. They didn’t stop me from soothing her during manicure. Absolutely would recommend to mothers who still try to do something for themselves yet have to bring their baby with them!!

Paige Brown Absolutely love my nails! I struggle to find places to meet my expectations and the lady that did my nails blew me away! She’s only been there a month and I will be coming back regularly for her to do my nails!

Andrea Akins The employees were friendly and the environment was clean. That’s the only reason they got 2 stars. As you can see in the pictures, my nails were, in my opinion, completely unacceptable. Especially to have been done by a professional. I asked for a short-ish coffin shape. The nails are all crooked, uneven, and each a different version of “coffin”. The Polish doesn’t even go down the full length of my nails. After she attempted to upsell and I politely declined, she rushed through the whole process. It was obvious that she didn’t care at all how my nails turned out. I will NOT go back and would never refer anyone there. At least not to the woman.

Amaris Anderson Called in today for a last minute apt and they got me right in! I had a badly split nail and they fixed it... while keeping the length!!! Definitely coming back here for mani pedi!

Jenni Temple The lady that did my nails did a horrible job! I didn’t have time to have them fixed. I had to be at work. I went back two days later and she was extremely rude. When I asked if someone could fix them for me because they looked horrible, she ignored me! Another person told me I would have to come back later. Everyone in this place is so very rude!

mo25c 3 stars is for the lady who gave me the first decent pedicure Ive had here. The lady who greets you at the door just yells at you to pick a color from their regular polish. I tried to tell her that I use gel but she wouldnt stop snapping at me to pick a color. I dont like the fact that they work on your hands while your feet are being worked on either. Pedicures are a treat that I like to enjoy. Its impossible to relax when a nail tech keeps tapping your hands to switch. The hand nail tech also got annoyed and started doing a worse job when I told him I didnt pick out a gel color because the lady kept yelling at me. Its not my fault she was more concerned with cracking jokes in her language than demonstrating the slightest bit of hospitality. Ill go back for a pedicure if I dont find a better place but nothing else and only if I run out of options.
