1 /5 Arlie Haddox: I will never go back. Worst experience ever. The service is quick and they are polite but they pretend to not understand English so they can do what they want and charge you more. I asked for acrylic full set with polish for my girls. They gave them dip powder and charged 50 a piece for them. The nails were misshaped and uneven. I asked for white tips for myself and again the nails were misshaped and very sloppy. I paid $160 for some nails that would’ve looked better had I done them myself and I don’t even do nails.

2 /5 Traveller: *Powder dip manicure lasted 4 days before chipping whereas usually lasts at least 3 weeks from other salons.. This experience was courteous in the sense they tried to get the design I wanted and did that well. Painful to sit through as the dremel tool use caused me to bleed and then they spray alcohol on it and say "thats why I dont do white people nails. They say ouch ouch. Too sensitive!"

1 /5 Destynee Foreman: For my daughters sweet 16 birthday she wanted to get her nails done, we tried this place because our usual place wasnt available at the timeframe we had to be able to go. We called the nail shop ahead of time and asked if they could do her nails exactly how she wanted them done and they said "yes and it would only take 45 minutes". Once we got to the nail shop, we waited for almost 25 minutes before someone was able to do her nails. The nail tech didnt give her what was promised over the phone or shown in the picture my daughter had and it took over an hour to finish. A day away from 2 weeks later, her nails are popping off and chipping, when I called for a refund I was told "no refunds and that nothing could be done once its been 2 weeks" and they hung up. We will not be returning here or recommending anyone else that we know to go here. Very poor customer service. ***(Picture was in the car, not the clearest because of the light but shes missing 3 nails and 1 chipped)

1 /5 Sherry Cooper: Worst place I have ever been.My nails look like my 4 year old granddaughter done them.They would not refund my money they wanted the same girl to fix them. I left there and went to Modern Nails where Jennie fixed them.Would not recommend at all.

1 /5 Beverly Edwards: I came in for a pedicure she was digging in my cuticles so hard I was bleeding, there was flies everywhere then said that light colors dont look good on my skin tone. Terrible service will not be going back!
