1 /5 Jessica Sweat: On Saturday, May 7th my daughter and I had our nails and pedicure done. I explained that this was a very special occasion for both of us, hers was prom and mine was graduation so we needed a good job done. We were told no worries. The gentleman was very nice and paid attention to detail. The lady doing our nails was also nice however, I explained that I did not want a lot of length on my nails and requested twice for them to be shorter than what she had them cut at and she told me In a minute and in a minute never came. I decided it was not worth an argument and I could manage with my length. I was sent to the man to paint my nails and she started on my daughter. My daughter told her that she liked her nails a little longer than mine and the woman cut her nails down and my daughter asked her to take them down a little more, to which the woman told her In a minute and of course she never did. It is Monday, May 9th and two of my daughters nails have come off. The shop is equipped with signs stating that repairs will only be performed 24 hours from date of service so going back to have them fixed is a fight Im not going to endure considering I live over an hour away and Ill use that much in gas to fight for repairs on her nails when I can just go to a salon close to my home. If someone is going to be charged 170.00 for services then the person performing the services should not do what THEY want to do with the nails. If someone is going to be charged 170.00 for nails then quality work should be done, period. For 2 customers to ask for shorter length 2 times each and the request to be brushed off is not acceptable....but for TWO of the nails to come off in 2 days? Thats ridiculous. I do not recommend this salon by any means.
