2 /5 fritz ramsey: use great care with any paperwork you get from these thieves. They "lost" an $800 payment from me and waited 2 years to send me to collections. I am now having to jump through hoops and beg for my money even after I showed them proof of the "mistake"

5 /5 MARY ALMAZAN: My first visit with New Smile Dentan was great, I called to make an appointment since I needed a crown and they gave me an appointment right away. Everyone was very kind, especially Mrs. Chantal and Dr. Kim, very good job, my husband and I highly recommend this dental clinic ❣️

5 /5 JOE LEWIS: This is by far the best dental team for anything you could possibly need. Their services are beyond comparable and the team is always friendly and sweet also. Coming from someone who refuses to change dentist, Dr Kim is by far the best I have ever had. If you’re not close to this location, it is worth the drive.

1 /5 Chenne Mackey: I took my children here today and I wasn’t sure expecting this experience considering the past times we went it wasn’t bad at all. This go around we had an appointment for 3:30. We arrived early and at 3:50 neither of my children had been called back. Around 4 they called my daughter back and she said she was sitting back there for at least 20 minutes before they began working on her. She showed me her gums that were still bleeding and red when she came out and she said DR. Kim was very rude to her. They sent her out at almost 4:50 and still were not ready for my son. I left to go and get my other daughter from work 5 minutes away and my son sent me several text messages asking me to please come and get him. He said that they were standing around gossiping and talking laughing and he was ready to go. I asked him to be patient. I got back and waited about 10 minutes and at 5:18 they still had not started working on him. I asked them could they tell my son to come on because I had other things to do and the Caucasian lady was explaining that they were behind which I understood but the Hispanic lady who I’m assuming was the dental hygienist was very rude to me even though I was still being very polite. I told them yes I understand that you’re behind but I have things I need to do I just want to take him and the Hispanic lady with an attitude said SO YOU DONT WANT IT. I said no it’s ok I just need to take him and she said OK PERFECT!! It seemed like that’s what they wanted was for us to become impatient and leave. She was a rude person but I didn’t say anything to her instead I will leave a review. I will not return with my children.
