Dr. V is top notch when it comes to a dentist. He makes sure you are comfortable and informed about the treatment you need. If you’re in the market for a new dental home this one is it!!!

5 /5 Jocelyne Mosby: Manager Tiffany and the team were awesome! My son had a broken back tooth, they scheduled him quickly and had time to fix it right then and there! They also offer financial assistance! The quote was very affordable but I did not have it all, Tiffany said no problem! Here we can see if you are approved through one of our financial options we have to offer and within seconds I was pre approved. I was able to have it all done in one day and my son can be pain free. The Dr who did the procedure was very communicative and up front. He didnt try to hide anything or try to beat around the bush. I love that! At one point I could tell my son was in pain during the procedure and I couldnt go back there, the nurse saw i was worried and felt very bad he was bsck their by himself so she went and checked on him for me and reassured me it was the pressure and he was almost done! If I could give 10 stars I totally would! I highly recommend prime dental to anyone!

5 /5 Jasmine Pacheco: My fiance and I are new to Texas, so I’m glad I chose to go to Prime Dental. They were all so kind; the front office, and back office. The dentist was so great. He was gentle but did a great job cleaning my teeth, and filling my fiancés cavities. The dentist said that I did a great job keeping up with my teeth, and rewarded me with a whitening tray and t-shirt. It showed me that him and his staff are passionate about dentistry!!! Their office was cute and super clean. I recommend going here for sure!

5 /5 Liz Estrada: First appt with prime dental and I’m so impressed! I’m a nurse myself and the bedside etiquette and attention is impressive. Something that I’ve seen lost in the healthcare. The wait was a bit long but it made up w the thoroughness the doctor demonstrated. I’m referring my family and friends 1000%!!!

The prices are more than fair, and his bedside manner, care, attentiveness, and fast response time are all very impressive. Without insurance, cleanings are less than $100, and all staff are very kind and caring. If there are special financial needs, they will work with you, and my new filling is absolutely perfect! He is thorough with xrays and exams, and Ive been there 4 times so far with less than a 30-minute wait. If you are looking for a great dentist at a reasonable price, look no further!

Lisa always answers any questions I have and educates in such a compassionate and caring way. She even lets my three year old watch me have my teeth cleaned and answers all of her 500 questions too, haha! Fernando Resende: Our family used to love this office, but they have had lots of personnel change over the years, and all we are getting at this point is frustration. Scheduling appointments has become increasingly difficult, so good luck if you need anything for an emergency. My daughter braces broke, exposing metallic components in her mouth and causing her pain. I had to call them almost every day for two weeks to schedule an emergency appointment. Kept asking for them to call back, but they never do. The ortho team had done a fantastic job for my son a few years ago, so it is sad to see the state of this place now.
