Claire P After being dissappointed with my past hair salon, I decided to try a Cut Above because I heard such great things about it from my friends. I had Sally and she definitely knew what she was talking about. I got the color I wanted, she worked with my schedule, and worked with the client (me). The only thing I probably would have liked is for my hair to have been straightned out, but that might have been extra. This place is reasonable and definitely great in customer care. Ill be going back for sure! :)

Debra Luna Sarah does my hair and is amazing. She takes the time to listen and understand what I want done. She make sure I am satisfied with her service before I leave the shop. She works with my crazy work schedule and that doesnt happen at most places. Highly recommend her and the other girls at the shop.

Kelsey Compton Avoid at All Costs – Terrible Experience for Both Me and My Mom My mom and I had a very disappointing experience at this hair studio. We both left with damaged hair and ruined color, and I feel it’s important to share our story to help others avoid the same mistake. I had recently stripped my hair and informed Madison about it beforehand, asking if my hair was healthy enough to handle bleach and lighten it a bit. She assured me it was, but I left with hair in 12 different lengths and noticeably damaged. Not once did Madison mention that my hair was falling out during the process. As for my mom, she has blonde hair and extensions. Madison managed to damage her extensions and caused her hair to break off from the excessive heat of the bleach and the extensions were sewn in wrong. It was a complete disaster. To make it very clear, my hair was all one length when i came to the salon. Madison even took before pictures. Where you see the blonde is where madison fried off my hair from letting it process too long. I will spend the next 2 years trying to get my hair the length and healthiness it was before. I would strongly advise anyone considering this studio to think twice. Both of us ended up with significant hair damage and left feeling completely unsatisfied with the results. I’m writing this review to help others avoid making the same mistake my mom and I did! DO NOT COME HERE.

Kiana Cryer Madison did an amazing job on my hair! Went in with a hot mess I cut myself and she did amazing cleaning it up and giving me hair I can style. Also got some highlights that turned out so pretty. She was able to get me in short notice which is a big plus for me!

Elyse Bomersbach I have never left this salon absolutely LOVING my hair!! Sarah not only kills it with my color and style but has helped me restore my hairs health so much. She is also the kindest & coolest stylist I’ve ever had, wether I feel like chatting or not, she just gets it.

Justin Spere Went in not really knowing what I wanted, Marshall gave me an awesome haircut that I hadnt even found, he knows a lot about hair and how to best work with it. He said my hair was very German and asked if I was of German descent (Im over 50% German) and was able to get something that went great with how my hair naturally falls and flows. 10/10 would recommend him

Beth Campbell We went with Marshall after reading reviews online and he did amazing on my boys hair. I cant thank him enough. After years of subpar or crappy haircuts my two teens walked out confident and happy. This will definitely be our go to spot from now on. All of the stylists are friendly and interact great with customers while providing a high level of service.

Sarah Carder Rhonda did an absolutely amazing job! She finished me and my sister in laws hair so fast and we didn’t even have to tell her to frame our faces. Our cuts look fresh and feel amazing and to top it off she had no help on hand and was still kind and made time pass so fast. Highly would recommend coming in and getting your hair done by Rhonda!

Reba Sperry Im having to go in to several surgeries soon. I had long hair wasnt sure what to get stylist showed me a style that she thought would look good with my facial features and easy to take care of. She was right I love it so easy to care for I cant get over how much I love this haircut Thank you so much. She was having to work alone that day at the. Stephenville Texas walmarmart I will be definitely going back to her a million stars to her.

Natasha Nelson I havent been here yet, but I have met many of their staff! I walk by every morning and am always greeted with a friendly wave and smile! They are a great group and are always busy busy busy! Just from seeing others results I know I can recommend them for any salon services!!

amjordan I paid full price for what was supposed to be a permanent hair dye but the lady did not know how to mix dyes and she remixed dyes 3 times. I head her in the back say she didn’t know how to make the color. My hair dye only lasted 3 weeks

Quentin Peacock Elizabeth was very friendly and did a great job when I came in with a video reference, very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend going there with a photo or video reference! Good price too for $20, not as expensive as some other places in town

Loth Julie “Jules” Stephenville, TX has an awesome Great Clips! I have been going there for almost five years! For the last two years, the manager, Charice Norton, has been my stylist! She gives the BEST haircut I have ever had! The salon is clean, stylists are friendly, and it operates smoothly! When my son is home from school, he insists on getting a hair cut and beard trim at Great Clips Stephenville! FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!

Lauren Murrah I have straight easy hair and I am extremely still for getting my hair cut about as easy as a manikin and the woman who cut my hair today couldn’t cut my bangs straight. It was extremely lopsided then she cut it again even higher anyone who has bangs knows it has to sit in a specific area or range rn my bangs are STILL lopsided and half an inch above my brows while wet. The second woman there was also raising her voice at a customer who was having a hard time communicating almost yelling at her across the store because she wasn’t understanding. This is some of the worst both customer service and simple hair cutting ability ever and I’ve been to this location which was great. I’m extremely disappointed in the overall horrible experience.

Charles Laird Went in to get a haircut this week. The lady that cut my hair was very good. She confirmed the length with me and then went to work. She made sure everything was even and there were no spot left with any issues. Very competent lady. Price is a bit much, but hey its been one of those years. I will be returning.

BKR Love this location, mainly bc of Brae. Theyre always very helpful in choosing the right color, developer, product, etc... Very knowledgeable, and has never steered me wrong.

Susan Moody I have been going here for 2 years and if I didnt have some sort of experience myself with my own color...well...even to ask a simple question, they have no clue and like I asked if they had a wrap around towel for when you get out of the shower no one knew...she had to go search the store herself and then I had a question about a hair color and she could not answer me and said she would look it up but she never did. There was a person there who survived a fire and they suggested she wash her hair in Tide. I tried to get them to buy the ion cleanser and then take distilled water to rinse but...I feel sorry for that girl and I have also witnessed an employee suggesting a high school girl who had damaged her hair and just wanted to look good to graduate actually suggest more damaging solutions... I was like...just condition you hair and get some hair extensions that come down under your cap...I am going to make a point to never go into that store and to order my stuff online as Sallys isnt the only place that you can get products from. I hope they close down as they obviously do not teach their employees anything!!! But yet they will offer you to open a Sallys credit card.... Like these people are making peoples hair fall out! They have no clue about anything! I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

Tia Kroo TRAIN YOUR DAMN ASSOCIATES !!! Theyre awful!! They have zero knowledge, they guess, and are all sell happy! I was provided a terrible suggestion that was PROMISED it would work, I go back because it looked TERRIBLE, I was given "I dont know", "maybe", "you can always try it..." seriously??? I understand that basic purchase knowledge is required but I DONT KNOW ? MAYBE? TRY IT? Are you kidding me???? I just spent $200 fixing my mistake at trusting your employees . I am not thrilled with your company or your services. You are a joke and a disaster!

Alba Espenshade Sales girl and manager have very poor people skills. Pressured a teenager into buying an expensive piercing gun when she clearly stated what she wanted. Then refused to refund the item because it was "a final sale" claiming it was stated in the back of the receipt, but failed miserably to verbally announce the sale was final. Hire new employees!
