Corina Wilkens Hey owner - You missed the reason for the bad review — it wasn’t because you weren’t interested you HAD Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Husband called ahead to ask if the store would be interested in a pair of earrings. They said yes, and encouraged him to come in. When my husband showed up, the guy working was rude, arrogant, and completely dismissive. He took one glance at the earrings and said “I don’t want them, I’m dealing with customers” — like my husband wasn’t one. No greeting, no explanation, no professionalism. Just attitude. If this is how you treat people who come in after calling ahead, you don’t deserve their business. There are plenty of better, more respectful jewelry stores out there. Don’t waste your time here. And to the “owner” — DO BETTER.

RogueHTX We just had my daughter’s ears pierced here, and the 2 ladies that did the piercings were so awesome! My daughter was nervous and they hyped her up and made her feel like a superstar! I can’t say enough about this place. So happy that I took my daughter here. I can’t remember the name’s of the 2 ladies but thank y’all for making her feel so special!

Linda Burkhart As always, my experience at Magpie’s was exceptional! I am always greeted with warmth and kindness, as I am welcomed into the store! The family atmosphere is a plus for me, which makes it very comfortable to shop. I’m always impressed with the product knowledge of the employees and their willingness to suggest just the perfect gift when needed.

Claudia Hertzog I have used them before, and been pleased. However, I asked for an estimate to repair my wedding band that had two missing stones (as part of an infinity band), and their quote was more than the cost of the original purchase which included about 16 stones. I contacted my parents jeweler in Chicago (because I know I can trust them as they have been using them for many years) an they repaired it for what I would have expected, about 1/5th the price of what Quenton Elliot quoted me.

Kameron Thomas Ms.Shonna & Alyssa are absolutely phenomenal! I was completely clueless when I walked in for an engagement ring & they took all my concerns & anxieties away! From design, gemstone, cuts, etc. You name it, theyll know it! Their intracate knowledge is incomparable & because of their help, we were able to craft the engagement for my beloved Fiance! 5⭐s will never be enough for their assistance & service!

Brandon Davis Jay the owner told me real gold and everything sold it to me for $380 my hard earned money. Pretty positive solid gold does change colors after filling down and doing a acid test(DONT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE)

Abdullah Refaey Quality jewelry at a fraction of the price. I’ve bought from here on multiple occasions and they never disappoint. Many fashion forward pieces such as Cartier love bracelets and Van Cleef Alhambra. Will continue to comeback for new jewelry as well as repairs on my current collection.

L Ar Let me be clear...we did NOT intend to buy a ring today! lol It was time for inspection & cleaning but I lost a diamond. Salam was an absolute GEM! She helped my husband & I today with a brand NEW purchase for our 25 year anniversary. Im over the moon & my husband was ok too. lol Thanks to the entire staff especially Salam. HoneyLeQueen I was looking to get my necklace tested for authenticity and ended up browsing through the store and found some nice pieces! Luis was very helpful and was able to tell me my silver necklace was indeed real. I also got an MCM bag for a great price. Overall super friendly and knowledgeable staff working there. Highly recommend!

On my first visit, I bought a gorgeous ring and earrings, and the way she treated me—with respect, patience, and genuine care—made me want to come back. And I did! Yesenia makes shopping such a pleasant and memorable experience.

Kay M. Henry did an amazing job with my tennis bracelet. He does great work, communicates with the customer well and is very efficient. I was very pleased with the quick turnaround time. I’d asked him to remove some links from my bracelet, but he went above and beyond by cleaning it and fixing the broken clasp as well. He also cleaned my necklace for me on the spot when I picked up my bracelet. Definitely recommend!

Abigail Espinosa I absolutely enjoyed my experience at the Sugarland Location (in First Colony Mall). I was greeted by the very friendly and professional gentleman, Kit. He asked on my preference in metals. I explained that I wanted to re-pierce my ears. He helped me find the cutest pair (and was very patient with me because I was indecisive)!! What I was most pleased with was his kind demeanor as he walked me through the aftercare of the new piercing in step-by-step detail!! That was something I didn’t experience at the woodlands location when I first pierced my ears. (Probably would have saved me the trouble of doing it again.) Another thing, that I didn’t experience was being offered to book an appointment to check on my healing progress. I’m so glad that Kit was the pro that helped me today. I’m very grateful to his knowledge and professional support. 100% recommend this spot.
