Many fashion forward pieces such as Cartier love bracelets and Van Cleef Alhambra. Will continue to comeback for new jewelry as well as repairs on my current collection.

1 /5 JoAnn McCrobie: I had a battery replaced from my watch in May and it stopped working so I just came back into the mall to go to them to see if he would replace it. I have my receipt and he’s trying to tell me that I did not have it done there on proving it with a receipt and still telling me that it’s impossible that it’s not the same watch I would never ever do business there again. 1 /5 Brandon Davis: If i could do ZERO stars i would never shop here, I’ve always bought from the owner RYAN and today I went in to look at some more stuff and wanted to test my diamonds, and they simply said “no I can’t you didn’t buy anything” but i go 2 jewelry stores down they say “ come on a head and I can polish it for you for free” GOLD AND SILVER STATION FOR THE WINNNNNNN!!!!!

1 /5 Carlos Gomez: Terrible service, they lie to you just so you can buy from them. I bought a chain with a gold pendant from them and they told me if it broke or needed cleaning they would do it free of charge. The pendant broke, and they said I had to pay to fix it, after I was told I didn’t have to. And they went from saying I’ll pay $10 to fix it to $40 they are not to trust and the jewelry is way too cheap and brittle for the prices they sell it at. Never buying from them again

1 /5 Ulelia Childs: I give this establishment no stars. I only clicked one because you cant post until you do. In August I paid $600 for a custom name plate. I chatted via text with the representative showing pictures of desired piece. I was assured that i would receive the same type of piece as picture was shown. When i received the name plate, it was nothing like the picture. They took letters and welded them together. When i spoke with the representative and complained about the piece, he claimed he would get back to me, however, I never heard back from him. I disputed the transaction with my bank, but whatever fraudulent lies they told my bank, the credit they gave me was reversed. This company does not create custom pieces and lack integrity. They could have honored their word and remade the name plate to look like the picture we chatted about and discussed, however, instead they never called me back or even tried to make it right. I will never use this company again or refer anyone here.
