Gabby Flores Most predatory and bitter owners. Parking in the back was empty and I parked in the spot of a specific shop I was planning to buy from on my way back from getting kolaches. Parked for 5 minutes and my truck was gone. $300 to get it back and the lot was empty. DO NOT PARK ANYWHERE NEAR THEM YOU WILL GET TOWED. Horrible business and people.

The quality is excellent — it has a nice shine, feels heavy and durable, and you can tell it’s the real deal. The staff was professional, answered all my questions, and made sure I left with exactly what I wanted. Pricing was fair, and I feel like I got great value for my money. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to buy a gold chain or any jewelry, I highly recommend this store. I’ll definitely be back for my next piece.

Mark Gartner Took 2 rings in for repair. First, I was a bit shocked that the wanted to charge me over $400 to replace the semi-precious stones in the rings. I know that the cost on the stones is typically around $20. But, I acquiesced and left the rings with them for repair. They advised it would be about two weeks for the repair to be finished. After a month (and absolutely no communication), I called and was advised that there had been an unforeseen delay. A phone from Shaw’s would have been a sign of good customer service. They told me my rings should be ready in a week. 8 days after that, I called again. They advised that they had encountered yet another delay - but again, they did not call me. They said it would be a few more days. In short: I had to physically go to Shaw’s and retrieve my rings. I will never again trust them. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Zeenat, shobha, Roma and the owner Aziz bhai everyone made sure our experience was nothing less than 5 stars. Very welcoming, non judgemental, helpful and super friendly. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying. I usually buy all my jewelery from pakistan and this was my first purchase from USA and very happy. I bought a beautiful pendant set and bangle with certified diamonds. I will definitely be a returning customer.

daysi in the sunshine I was referred to this shop thru another customer whom had a ring custom made for him and was told that they would be able to help me with sizing a bracelet that I had gifted. Not only was it ready in a short amount of time but also the price was reasonable. And, the personal whom assisted were all very nice and informative of their custom work they do. Definitely will return when needed and also i do refer them as well!

Our experience of selecting a magnificent diamond, designing an incredible ring from scratch, and eventually getting engaged with a spectacular piece of art was nothing short of incredible. From the start, Suzanne helped us feel as comfortable as possible with the process of selecting a stone. She helped source a beautiful diamond and involved us in the process of ensuring its quality. Moving to the design portion, we had a rough sketch with some additional thoughts on which to build a design. Using our suggestions, Suzanne was able to quickly synthesize a CAD rendition of just what we described and then worked graciously with us to finely tune the design to make it exactly what we were looking for. From there, she and her team helped to create a magnificent ring which helped make for a most memorable engagement day. Truthfully, we couldn’t recommend Suzanne and Houston Inter-Continental Jewelers enough and couldn’t imagine the process without her.
