Alize Garcia: Very rude Staff not helpful at all I was standing there for 30 minutes and there was nobody at the register or anyone in sight a lady from the perfume area had to track down the girl and when she came to the register she gave me attitude the whole time all I wanted was to get 2 charms put on my bracelet she put one of them on backwards I didn’t even bother to say anything and I have lost charms before I can tell they’re not gonna hold up for long I will be going to the James Avery store from now on I don’t understand why get a customer service job if you hate people that much

Aubree Huffman: Not sure who the lady with the colored hair is but she’s completely rude. You can’t tell me that the designated area for online orders & pickup orders are only for holidays when that hasn’t been the case my last 3-4 orders. (It even tells you to go to the designated pickup area with your confirmation email, mind you.) There’s also a way you can go about it nicely instead of trying to belittle someone just because you don’t want to do your job & help them.
