He has a great team of associates who are also willing to help. It dosent matter if its lots of gold and diamonds or small silver chains they are all willing to help. Jane Satree This place is the real deal for jewelry repair, cleaning or design. All work done on-site. We needed to have a small diamond set back into a ring. They did that and cleaned the ring up to look like new- all in a couple hours. Excellent work, honest and reliable and great price.

Raquel I went into the store at 8:55pm to buy some earrings. When I walked in the store manager (older black woman with short hair) was so rude to me. The greeting i got upon entering was "were closed, this is our last customer of the night, the registers closed." While she was ringing someone. IF YOU ARE RINGING SOMEONE YOUR REGISTER ISNT CLOSED. THE MALL CLOSES AT 9. NOT 8:55.... THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She then proceeded to tell me she doesnt have a regional manager when I asked for her managers information. And said to me "You walked in at 8:55, we dont have any change left." Then I said "ok well can I pay with a card?" She then said "We dont have any receipt paper left." Yall its the lies... Im literally in utter shock and disbelief at the level of unprofessional treatment and lack of customer service I received. I love jewelry and was prepared to spend all my money in this store. Unfortunately I will NEVER COME BACK HERE!

Bear Bear WARNING ⚠️ I dropped off a gold bracelet on 4/15/2024. I was told to pick it up on Wednesday, but I was unable to go until today (4/19/2024). I arrived shortly after 10 this morning, and they were closed. I waited 45 minutes and still closed, so I got on Google Maps to see the hours of operation. According to it, they shouldve been open. You cant call, because their number is not posted. I started reading some of the recent reviews of this place, and now Im a little scared. I hope Im not disappointed in their work, or worse yet, I hope they didnt screw it up. UPDATE: Its 12 noon, 4/22/24, and I just returned from picking up my mothers bracelet. Im IRATE, to say the least! Not only did these IDIOTS not repair my mothers bracelet, but they charged me for "straightening" the bracelet. Needless to say, I will never return and do everything in my power to make sure I warn those who inquire about this business. Please read the other reviews and take heed. Im not the only one who has had a horrific experience with these people.
