She is very helpful and good at customer service. She is polite and we are very happy about the necklace and earings we purchased. Definitely come back next time!

Sam Nemati The shop is a beautiful experience beholding amazing natural treasures. The store owner loves people and loves God! If you ever swing by, definitely chat with him and hear the amazing stories about how the rocks they sell came to be. We dont have enough of specialty shops like this in Longview, great place for finding unique gifts.

Chad Adamson Disappointing Warranty and Service Experience I purchased a necklace from Kay Jewelers along with a warranty, expecting a dependable product and responsive service. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. It’s especially frustrating because I originally brought the pendant into the store to size a necklace around it — so shortening the chain defeats the purpose entirely. The necklace has broken multiple times. The first two times I brought it in, a link was added during the repair — which clearly did not solve the issue. On the third break, I specifically requested that the necklace not be repaired again. I asked for it to be replaced with a stronger, more durable option — and even stated that I was willing to pay the difference for something of higher quality. Instead, the chain was shortened during the repair, which made it less functional and didn’t address the underlying problem. To make matters worse, during my most recent visit, the sales representative interrupted me twice as I was trying to explain the full sequence of events — one of which she had actually been involved in. I was trying to be clear and respectful, but felt dismissed and unheard. I expected better service from Kay Jewelers, especially given the warranty and my willingness to work toward a reasonable solution. The lack of follow-through, poor communication, and dismissive customer interaction have been incredibly disappointing. I hope they reconsider how they handle warranty issues and customer concerns moving forward. Ive bought several pieces of jewelry from Kays jewelry in the past. But due to this interaction I walked down to Zales Jewelers and purchased a necklace to fit the pendant. Ill never return to this store. If I do return to Kays it will not be at this location due to the lack of respect.

Mariah Needed a birthday gift for my mother and a friend, and was absolutely dreading the process of having to shop around this morning. Sarah turned that around for me quickly! She listened to me rattle off random thoughts and helped me find three great charms! I hate shopping, the ladies here made the experience great. Thank yall!!

Kandace Norman Hair salon is a no. I cant comment on all employees, but the one who did mine messed me up. Several days I am still having on and off blinding head pain. She brushed my hair wet, without even holding it. You cannot brush wet hair. My hair is very long and thick, now I am also dealing with flyaway from breakage. I noticed clumps of my hair on the floor, where it had blown together during the foiling process, whole thing being about 6hrs. At one point I was getting physically sick from the pain. Ive also never had my hair cut dry, she waited until it was blow dried to cut. Ive never had an experience like this in a salon, and will never allow someone to do my hair again unless we have a discussion first. I guess I assumed she was licensed so she knows what she is doing. She even combed my eyeballs twice! Yes eyeballs. Had my hair brushed forward during the cut. Ive noticed since I had it done (sat,this is wed), that my hair is breaking very easily, which is not normal. Oh, and the cut is not even. Whats worse, she seemed to get annoyed with me when she would notice my face wincing in the mirrors. I would give anything to go back and have went to someone else, I had a place picked out in Tyler called hair barn, but my mother decided she wanted to go to Longview (we were out and about together). Traumatized., and still having random flashbacks, especially about the teeth of a comb rolling over my eyes I quickly shut.
