Now, I’ll admit, I haven’t spent a lot of time in jewelry stores over the years, but when I do, I expect great service, knowledgeable staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. And Dave’s delivers all that and then some! Granbury isn’t exactly overflowing with jewelry stores, which is why I feel incredibly lucky to have found one as exceptional as Dave’s. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, expertise, and the kind of customer service that makes everything sparkle just a little bit brighter. I even watched Dave interact with other customers, and it’s clear—this guy loves what he does, and it shows. So, a huge thank you to Dave and his team! I guess I’ll just have to find another excuse to buy more jewelry—if only to experience that top-notch service and friendly smile again. Highly recommend checking them out!

    Victoria Barr: Unfortunately Im a little sad. The staff was very friendly and helpful. She was a nice lady, so I was excited to find something to wear. I normally dont spend that much on an outfit but it looked nice. I havent even had my dress for 5 hours and its already unraveling in multiple spots. I payed 128 for my dress, for that I expected a better quality dress.

She was able to fix an anklet I got in Hawaii that posed a little bit of a challenge, and I bought a piece of jewelry while I was there that I love. Mr. Ijaz was able to find the exact chain at the exact length and width I had requested in a matter of seconds. He quoted me a perfect price and also provided me great financing options. I was also looking to get my son a rope bracelet and Mr. Ijaz down sized the bracelet to perfectly fit my son within minutes! Free of charge! The honesty and customer service i received today was unbeatable and will be the main reason why I will keep shopping here.

    Ci Lewis: I’ve always loved my experience with James Avery, however this location has left a HORRIBLE taste in my mouth and I will NOT be returning. On 12/21, my boyfriend dropped my bracelet off to be serviced(my clasp had broken), he was told it will be ready for pick up the next day. I went to go pick my bracelet up on 12/22, and noticed that there was a gap in my bracelet & that i was missing a charm, i knew for a fact i had no spaces left on my bracelet(images will be attached). I asked the lady who was assisting me what happened and why was there a gap in my bracelet, she asked another lady, I’m assuming a lead or manager, who told me that “they didn’t know what happened” & “all that was done was a clasp replacement”. I explained to her that i was aware of that & that wasn’t the issue. The issue was i was missing a charm. She refused to look into anything or ask who serviced my bracelet if something may have happened or anything, because i know for a fact that i was not missing any charms on my bracelet, but tried to make me feel like as if i did not know what was on MY bracelet! I am missing a very noticeable elephant charm! This location will NOT be getting my business ever again. I’ve had my bracelet for 10 years now & not once have i ever had a issue with anything when it came to my bracelet being serviced by the other location.
