1 /5 Matt Banda: Terrible Customer Service And Even Worse When They Admit Theyre CoWorker Lied To Make The Sell. Now That I spent $600+ on rings they said that I will be happy with and that are good gold, 2 weeks later, Barely, both of my nugget rings are cracked and were Barely even worn within the 2 weeks. Asked for them to resolve the issue, the worker made a call, got off phone and offered me to fix the broken ring and sell it then offered me to spend $500 more on another ring. Youd figure as a (KNOWN JEWLER) Theyll fix there issue. Now stuck with 2 Broken Gold Nugget Rings And They MANAGEMENT DID NOT WANT TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. Never asked of a refund just want whats worth the rings for exchange .

Keely Armstrong: Nice selection, with a lot of different forms of the rock, I got labradorite in 3 different forms a tower,slice and raw which I have never found anywhere else the shine to them was nice as well as they had a lot of pretty stickers and cards. The only downside i could find was a few things were a bit pricier than some other shops I have been to but overall pretty reasonable as well as they have incense in the store which gives it a strong smell and if you are prone to headaches it might make you feel a bit dizzy or lightheaded.

Lily Avila: I live in Pearland and I called (5 times before someone picked up the phone) to ask them for a receipt from a purchase I made back in May because I needed to exchange a ring. As someone who worked in customer service, I know how searching for previous transactions work. I called them to look for my transaction (because they didn’t even ask me for my email or number the day of my purchase) and the manager said that that wasn’t possible at all. Ma’am, yes it is. I was on the phone and politely asked the manager her to wait because the manager at my Pearland location wanted to speak to her to GUIDE her on how to find my transaction. Well, she hung up on me. And guess what? My Pearland location digged (called the regional manager) to find my transaction and they did. This is sad. Not picking up the phone? Not asking for email or phone number the day of purchase? THE MANAGER not being able to find a previous transaction? THE MANAGER hanging up on someone who is asking you to wait politely? If you didn’t want to do it, just say so.

Nevertheless, my mom was able to find a nice gradation gift here. Staff was patient, helpful, and provided good service.
