As soon as we walked in, Malyn helped direct us to exactly what we were looking for. She helped us choose what metals we liked best, what cut of diamond and what carat was most flattering, and she sized both of us to make sure that we’d be able to shop without spoiling any surprises. She was funny, engaging, knowledgeable, and didn’t make us feel pressured or nervous about such a big purchase. 5 /5 Michael Smith: I just went into the Zales outlet to shop for a ring for my love, and let me tell you ... BRIANNA IS AMAZING. She was super helpful. The best thing, and honestly most important thing, was she did not look down on me or ignore me once I told her my very low budget. I only had a budget of 250ish. She tried her best and we did find one right price and very beautiful. The problem was that right next to it was the ring that caught my eye and was even more beautiful and blew my budget out by way more. She made valid points that I am going to buy a ring I might as well buy the one that really caught my eye. She also was super helpful trying to get me approved for credit. I knew I would be denied, but well she was so nice and eager to help I said why not. I left there with an amazing experience of respect and patience, and my beautiful woman is getting a beautiful ring. Keely Armstrong: Nice selection, with a lot of different forms of the rock, I got labradorite in 3 different forms a tower,slice and raw which I have never found anywhere else the shine to them was nice as well as they had a lot of pretty stickers and cards. The only downside i could find was a few things were a bit pricier than some other shops I have been to but overall pretty reasonable as well as they have incense in the store which gives it a strong smell and if you are prone to headaches it might make you feel a bit dizzy or lightheaded.

Lily Avila: I live in Pearland and I called (5 times before someone picked up the phone) to ask them for a receipt from a purchase I made back in May because I needed to exchange a ring. As someone who worked in customer service, I know how searching for previous transactions work. I called them to look for my transaction (because they didn’t even ask me for my email or number the day of my purchase) and the manager said that that wasn’t possible at all. Ma’am, yes it is. I was on the phone and politely asked the manager her to wait because the manager at my Pearland location wanted to speak to her to GUIDE her on how to find my transaction. Well, she hung up on me. And guess what? My Pearland location digged (called the regional manager) to find my transaction and they did. This is sad. Not picking up the phone? Not asking for email or phone number the day of purchase? THE MANAGER not being able to find a previous transaction? THE MANAGER hanging up on someone who is asking you to wait politely? If you didn’t want to do it, just say so.

They were having convos amongst themselves the entire time and didn’t pay us any attention. We had to say excuse me to them to even check out. Also forced us to put in our email address without so much as the option. Get better staff. Salesperson name on receipt was Angela.
