1 /5 Lucky Zack: Manager on duty July 30th 2025 was yelling and demeaning one of his employees loud enough that I could hear him in gamestop definitely not worth my time while he is here.

1 /5 Cathrin Mays: Saw an older man working there disrespectfully yelling at a fellow female employee. This was loud enough to hear from down the hallway and inside the gamestop located across from it. That is no way to treat an employee or otherwise anyone. Will not be going here personally and would not recommend this location to any of my friends. Not cool.

Stormey Miller: For my first time trying to resize my wedding ring I am very upset. Today I was refused a refund after they completely messed up my ring. Instead of resizing it they played with and after two day the engagement ring bottom flattened out. I cannot believe this is how they would handle a military soldiers wife’s wedding band and ring after showing signs supporting the military. They didn’t even try to polish the inside of the ring. Very upset and would not recommend getting your ring done here.

If you have a issue with your jewelry that you purchased from here and you do not have a receipt and for some reason, they cannot find your number even though you gave them your phone number for the warranty you will have an issue trying to get whatever broke fixed, or exchanged. Went there with a broken bracelet they could not find my phone number so I had to go all the way back home to Find the original receipt for me to go back to the store and somehow now they were able to pull up the order…

Thomas Riley: Hello, I’m not from this area in particular, I had stopped at a few jewelers in this area looking for a decent and fairly priced diamond studs for my girl.. I had stopped at a jewelry in this area and the sales rep highly recommended Lazar’s Diamonds to me. Didn’t care to go figured it was just a buddy deal they had going anyway I stopped at 2 more stores and again Lazar’s Diamond was mentioned again so I figured if a few stores recommended this store it was probably to good to be true.. well I put the address in my GPS and off I went.. as I arrived and went inside I was greeted by staff, very friendly by the way.. employee asked if I need help and as was telling him what I needed he pointed me in direction. As our conversation continued on about the studs the gentleman brought out a nice selection to pick from.. I was amazed by the clarity and condition! I ended up buy 2 pair of studs and a gold chain with pendant. From what I seen when I was on the hunt he had the best prices

pableezie: Bought a bracelet from the guy behind the counter for $50. I asked him about any kind of protection plan for it because I do not buy jewelry with out it. He said I wouldnt need one due to quality of his merchandise. Like a sucker, i trusted him and after about a month of casual wear the solder came off on the link where it hooks. He wanted to charge me $15 to re-solder his crappy quality bracelet. Didnt even offer to repair for free. Buy from a reputable jewelry store and not from a kiosk. You never know what your buying. I do not recommend anyone.
