5 /5 Sophia Aregullin: The staff and store manager had great customer service. It was a great experience going in, since it recently opened there was some issues in the beginning with the AC which is understandable. The employees were kind and even gave us coupons for the inconvenience. You can really tell it’s a cool place with good customer service.

1 /5 Lindsey Harris: Came to the store Sunday 9/24 to shop for homecoming dressed the store is closed due to hvac issues. Came back to store Monday 9/25 in the morning to look and ask what time they closed and was told by a Manager On duty they would be closing at 6pm. Arrived at 545 just to look and buy jewelry was told we couldnt shop because they were closing at 6p. Obviously the company doesnt want to be open to sell dresses for HOCO in any of the area schools nor the events. We have a Windsor back home and the shelves were often emptied because of the price and selection. Its sad a store is new and has great selection for the area but has remained closed or HVAC issues more times than its been open. So many girls could have great dresses but your store decides to remain closed. Do better if you want to survive.

5 /5 Elizabeth Ramirez: The customer service was great and super friendly when I went on the hours the sign said they were open they were super nice staff and is sad that they close early but hopefully they can stay open later soon ❤️
