1 /5 Stephen Flores: Although I was not expecting much customer service from this location since it is an outlet, I did expect at least getting help when I did ask for it. Walking in I did notice that they were all busy folding shirts on the tables, but as I was searching for a specific shirt that I had seen previously in the main store at Dallas, I was hoping to maybe consider in a different color if it was available. As I went up to two individuals, they were talking about what plans they had going on in the weekend, and I waited for them to finish their sentence, but it seemed as if the conversation kept going I decided to go to the counter to attempt to ask if she was available to help me search for a shirt. She said I don’t know there’s so many shirts in the wall and proceeded to just look at her phone. I then went to the wall and started searching each stack of shirts to find a similar shirt that I was looking for. I neatly search for it and put all the stacks back so that I was not missing up the display although I was looking for a while it seemed as if no one came up to me to ask if I needed help. I finally found the shirt that I was attempting to look for that was similar and went up to the counter to the girl still on her phone. She she “omg you actually found it” I quickly paid and got myself out of there .

5 /5 Cindy Smith: I had such a great experience here! Mary was incredibly helpful, patient, and made sure everything went smoothly with my shopping. There was also a sweet Asian lady at the back of the store who greeted me so warmly and helped me pick out clothes for my boys. Both of them did a fantastic job assisting with clothes for my husband and kids. This was honestly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

As a loyal customer, I was shocked and disappointed by their refusal to honor a well-established policy, specifically the 15% discount for teachers who return their school IDs at the end of the year. The ID is a vital tool for accessing the premises, and its only reasonable to expect some sort of recognition or reward for the dedication and hard work of educators. After verifying my ID online, I presented it to the manager, only to be met with indifference and a flat-out refusal to apply the discount. As a long-time customer, Ive always been treated with respect and courtesy at this store. This experience has left me questioning whether its worth continuing to shop here. The managers decision to deny me this simple courtesy has not only undermined my trust in the store but also made me feel disrespected as an educator. Its unacceptable that a business would disregard its loyal customers, especially those who dedicate their lives to shaping the next generation. I implore the management to review their policies and retrain their staff on providing excellent customer service, particularly for loyal customers like myself who have consistently supported their business over the years.
