Uniform Destination - Allen (TX)

1 /5 Val: I came here the other day to look for new scrubs. I was just browsing all the different options they had and one older sales lady with long brown curly hair and glasses was EXTREMELY RUDE. She came up and asked if I needed any help and I said politely "no thanks, just looking" and she rolled her eyes and made a sarcastic comment about how I was in the wrong section. I was surprised since I had never been treated so rudely by a sales associate before. You would think that working in retail meant they would know how to be kind and nice when speaking to customers but I guess not! And I say this as someone who has worked in retail and the service industry before for many years. Theres simply no reason to speak rudely like that to anyone, especially customers. Honestly idgaf if youre old and miserable theres really no need for it. She definitely gave me a bad experience, I straight up walked out of the store after that and will never return as a customer here. 0/10 I would not recommend to family, friends, or anyone to shop here. Dont waste your time or money.

5 /5 Rafael Carrera: Belinda was amazing she greeted us as soon as we walked in and stayed with us the whole time we needed another scrub size. She would go and retrieve it for my wife. Shes really picky and ended up going home w three sets, new shoes, pens and a wonderful experience

2 /5 Ashley: Their scrubs are nice , however they need to let their customers know that if they are going to return any product the tag has to be attached even to exchange it.. not really impressed with the customer service here either the younger gals are nice but there are a few older ladies that work here and are very rude.
