1 /5 Avery Paxson: If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have had the absolute worst experience at this store. I very rarely leave reviews but this store needs to change something. Very very strict return policy and store rules. Returning and even exchanging a pair of shoes seems just about impossible. I was gifted a pair of shoes and they did not fit. When I went to exchange them, I was turned away because I didnt have the receipt with me. Reasonable. I left and my mother-in-law went back with the the same card it was purchased on. They looked up the original receipt and printed it out for her. This time they didnt have the size I needed so she tried to return them but was told that because she didnt have the original receipt, she could only receive store credit or exchange. Mind you, she was holding the original receipt that was printed for her by the store. Also, the shoe in my size was out of stock both in stores and online. So she was told she could only order the wrong size again online and then come in and exchange again, else the return period would lapse. This entire visit took about an hour. The third time, I came back with the original receipt and the wrong shoes, I was told by the employee that they couldnt return or exchange my shoes for the next 30mins because their manager was not present.
Something needs to change with this store. I will not be back and I encourage others to pick a different place to purchase their shoes.
