5 /5 Karen Helms: I love love love this place because you get inexpensive and extreme cute clothing. Ive spent $40 before and got a shirt, shorts, jacket, and 2 pairs of shoes. Plus the staff there is wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. Definitely recommend this place.

5 /5 Jazz Calhoun: They have these amazing deals and price drops almost every day something is almost always on sale no matter if you are average size or plus size like myself the clothing styles dont change they have the exact same thing for plus women as for the average and this is why I love shopping here oh and did I mention those exclusive sales man and the different fragrances no other has the uniquely put together perfume or cologne like Rue21 if you cross spray anything together like cologne and really sweet perfume you get this amazing new uniquely designed fragrance made by you that make my rating go to 99 stars

1 /5 Paula Copeland: I was extremely happy about the items my stepdaughter and i found!! So cute an on clearance! What could be better you ask? The customer service... period... it sucks at the bryan location.. . I understand my debit card only works if you swipe it, but you have to insert chip 3 times BEFORE you can swipe the dang strip.... their policy, absolutely will NOT let me swipe the card after chip didnt work... now, i did have other payment options, but that was the card i chise to use.... never, never will i go to rue21
