Jeri Michelle: I’ve been shopping here for many years and have always had a pleasant experience. Well today not so good. The young lady doesn’t even know the exchange policy! Went into simply exchange a dress for a smaller size, tags are in tack I have my receipt and the girl tells me there is a difference that I owe in price cause I originally purchased it on sale and today I have to pay the difference?? What? I’m not returning anything just exchanging it. Wouldn’t the price still be honored…….
