Shared a few laughs with them, making my shopping experience even nicer and enjoyable. If you are low and cash but need clothes this is your place to shop. Thank you Rainbow.

1 /5 Grace Chaney: Doesnt even have a fitting room. Theyre not "closed" they just flat out dont have them. Whats the point of buying clothes here if I cant find my size? Its a womens clothing store, the sizing is different from brand to brand. Im not buying 4 pairs of pants to bring home and try on just to return all of them. I dont have that much money. This was such a waste of time going here.

1 /5 De’Leslie Jackson: Not being able to exchange without a receipt, WITH tags attached after being given a Christmas gift is silly beyond imagination. It’s actually quite tacky, and to not even let me get my full sentence out, before cutting me off; telling me you can’t do it. What are people supposed to do? What if the gift came from out of town family, I would have to wait until they mail a receipt to exchange for a new size?!?! It’s literally the day after, and I know for a fact that it was purchased on Christmas Eve. Be serious rainbow! You all also need additional customer service training because what I experienced today was really disappointing. I will never shop here again.

1 /5 Tiffany: I bought bras thinking I was getting a good deal. I tried to return two bras I bought but ended up getting told I couldn’t return them, they are a final sale. I said I didn’t know that. There is literally no sign saying out loud you cannot return undergarments. A manager I am assuming said right here it says you can’t return bras. She showed me a stand up sign holder that was backwards and said right here it says. I said where it’s blank. She turned it around and she said right here. The cashier didn’t say a word about the final sale policy to me when I bought the bras otherwise I wouldn’t have bought them. The sizing on the bras is inaccurate as well. Customer service and the return policy is complete trash. There should be a sign specifically saying undergarments are a final sale where you sell your bras and at checkout. No wonder I stopped shopping here at Rainbow years ago and now I won’t ever shop there again.

3 /5 Vero B: I dont know why the dressing rooms are closed. Every department store in lubbock has theirs open, why not here. I dont like having to take them home, trying them on, then have to go all the way back if they dont fit right. The prices I do like though.
