1 /5 Amber Stout (Bam Stout): Im a huge JCrew fan, the majority of my clothes are from there because the fit is great for me. But I really dislike this factory location. Ive went a few times and never have been greeted. But today I was blatantly walked around and ignored. I felt it was really odd, and I decided against even asking for a fitting room to try on a dress because she embarrassed me with the way she looked at me then approached the woman next to me. After leaving the store my husband tells me he was treated oddly as well. The same woman walks towards him, turns her nose up at him, and greets the man behind him. Very similar to exactly what she did to me. Im not sure why no one in this location has ever been nice to us, but we dont plan to be back. Sad because we did buy all my husbands work clothes here as well, and really the majority of our five kids dress clothes, and now hes saying no JCrew for him. Good thing Nordstrom Rack is now open.
