5 /5 Debbie Messina: Today I called the store looking for a particular garment. The sales representative that answered the phone is the PERFECT EXAMPLE of what Customer Service SHOULD be. Her name is BRIANNA. When she answered the phone her tone of voice was sweet , kind, and respectful not rushed as so many others in different areas of customer can be.
She took on the task of going to look for a particular garment asked me to please hold and she would go look.. in less than 2 minutes BRIANNA was back on the phone still with the pleasant tone in her voice and told me the good news , my garment was there and in the size I was needing. I thanked her for her kindness and willingness to help and she still had a respectful attitude.
Never as if it was a bother to her to have to go look . I told her I would be there to pick the garment up today .
Upon my arrival at the store I had no worries that BRIANNA had forgotten or just didn’t honor her word.. I knew my garment would be in the hold bin.
I let a team lead know how pleased I was with BRIANNA’s customer service.
I had walked around the store looking at the new holiday arrivals but before I left I wanted to make sure I let this young lady know in person how much she was appreciated, so they called her to the front I was able to shake her hand and say thank you.
On an added note .. the store was super clean and they were stocking with new arrivals.
