1 /5 Fizza Jabeen: My sister went here a while back and encountered a young female employee that made her wait 10 mins while she scrolled on the computer and then began to process her order after. My sister had told me about this employee and told me how she frustrated was with how she was treated. I also came here a few months ago and she had done the SAME thing to me and made me wait and didn’t hesitate to run her mouth while I stood there patiently waiting for her to actually process my order. And I wasn’t surprised today when i walked in, grabbed a few shirts I wanted and found myself in the same situation i happened to be in before. There was a man who was ordering his things online on her computer, and they both made us wait there for 10 minutes while they giggled and took their sweet time on looking at things on the computer and saying how much they liked them. I’m especially angry because this is not the first time this has happened. I then proceeded to tell her after waiting that this was terrible customer service and we left without buying what we initially needed. She called out after me in a rude tone “okay?”. I’m honestly so disappointed because she had such a nice demeanor towards the white man she was dealing with but had treated me, my mother, my sister and my brother (us being people of color) with blatant disrespect. I’m ashamed that this store has such racist staff and I’m very hurt and angry. I wish I had gotten her name but she was a young white woman with long blonde hair and glasses. I hope she gets what she deserves and gets fired. No one deserves to have to deal with a person like her.
