The 1st time I visited the store I was greeted and assisted with no problem which I appreciated because it was my 1st time and I had questions so thank you to the cashier for being courteous then. Yesterday I went back WITH a guest to show them and purchase more upon entering the store not only were we stared down the entire time we were not greeted, asked if we needed assistance or anything. Then a Caucasian woman walks in and gets the whole rundown and immediate assistance. Once I noticed I decided I would just get the one pair I needed and leave. Once at the register the owner (lady) said nothing but the price. No engagement no thank you just “Pay and go” essentially. It was extremely rude and I was highly offended at the treatment me and my guest received. We will not be returning and I will encourage the rest of my class that I recommended last week not to patron as we don’t seem like the type of clientele they are looking to service. Very poor and biased customer service and engagement. Would not recommend.
