1 /5 Marisela Diaz: My mother asked to check the price of an item, the cashier states the items is full price. My mother then says that she no longer wants the item.The cashier proceeded to give my mother a dirty look and was visibly “annoyed”. She then proceeded to slam our bag on the counter, which was full of passive aggression. Mind you, while she is checking out our things she makes conversation with the customer NEXT to us and only asks us cash or card. The real kicker is that my mother card wasn’t reading and the cashier coldly and flat out states “the card declined”. I then used Apple Pay with the same card and it worked with no issues. She can be annoyed all she wants but the total disregard for customer service is deplorable. The pale girl at the front with the long brown hair, I hope, no service worker treats your mother the way you treated mine today, February 5th at 5:40 pm.
