5 /5 Amber Watt: I had to go in and get fitted for a bra, especially because they were having such a great sale! Anyway, I despise bra shopping and really didnt want to be there. However, Sandra spotted me and immediately jumped to help. She fitted me and helped me find the right styles for my body type. She listened to what I liked and offered suggestions. She pulled so many items for me to try out and did it with a smile. She was so friendly that I went back again later with my daughter. Today in the mail, I received a handwritten personal note from Sandra thanking me for coming in and I was so impressed. Who does that kind of customer service these days?! Sandra...thats who and she is so freaking amazing!

5 /5 Tiffany Williams: My mom, sister and I went to this location, best choice we made. We were there for my mom, to get her measured for bras. We meet the nicest, most helpful lady there Sandra, she ended up measuring us all. Assisted us with choosing a style and of course size. We recommend this location to every woman. 1 /5 R: Usually get great service here but went in on 10/2 and there was 2 associates talking at the counter, neither acknowledged me when I walked, neither acknowledged my husband when he walked minutes after me. Another customer walked in about 5 minutes after I did and she got acknowledged 1 associate walked from behind the counter to help and about 30 seconds later is when the other one decided to walk over and asked if I needed help. Truthfully I ignored her question twice because I felt there was no reason to acknowledge her at that point.

I waited in line over 15 mins for 2 women in front of me making a return and as soon as the manager was finished with the one lady she left the line to help a customer who JUST walked up! I had one pair of sunglasses. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I LOST A 50% OFF ITEM BECAUSE OF THE RUDE EMPLOYEE!!!

5 /5 Debra Krause: Great shopping experience today. I went to the Fairmont Parkway Lane Bryant location to use some Lane cash that is expiring tomorrow. All of the sales associates were friendly and helpful. I have to give kudos to Shay. She normally works at another location but happened to be here today. She was super helpful - getting things down for me, finding my size and helping me search and find a particular kind of top I needed to coordinate with a previous purchase. I got 2 great blouses and was pleasantly surprised to see that they were both on clearance. So I didnt get to use my Lane cash but that just means I " have" to go shopping again tomorrow before it expires. Yay!
