4 /5 E: I think this Kohl’s location is kept well organized and the restrooms are clean. You can tell the displays get regularly updated and the promos are reasonable.

2 /5 DL Yepez: Not sure whats going on at this particular Kohls, but wasnt the typical set up. The store itself was muggy and warm, unpleasant temperature to shop in. The store was being restocked and had alot of commotion which is understandable for holiday preparation, but the quality and selection of the clothes and shoes that were available were not typical. We had to dig for shoes and search for clothes. It gave Ross "leftover" vibes. Yet the prices were still high. The checkout was also altered to mirror the Burlington # line model. It wasnt personable as before. They took the department store feel away. No customer service at all. I wont be going back anytime soon. Hopefully it was just a store glitch.

1 /5 Cindy Smith: Can you PLEASE figure out WHERE the Amazon drop off stand should be and LEAVE IT THERE?!?! Every time you walk in theyve changed it. I am handicapped and NEVER knie if I go to the front or back. WHY IS THIS EVEN AN ISSUE?! Its not anymore...UPS store for me. Its a nasty store anyway.

1 /5 Rita Smith: Went to the store and trying to used my 60 dollars rewards When I ask the cashier if she used my points she was rude and told me I should look at the screen before I sing in (i did not have my reading glasses) I call a manager she ashely, was no different I’m use to go to a store in kingwood and the cashiers there are so polite This store is far out from being polite

2 /5 A. Mark Hawkins: First time in several years I have visited this Kohls. I decided to revisit this one to see how much mens socks were available. There actually were five to ten different brands of athletic, casual and dress socks for men. I chose some Adidas three pack of black dress, compression quarter length socks for $16. There were many more socks to choose from here than at the J.C. Penneys nearby on Fairmont Parkway. Two stars is because they double charged my card and so I returned the socks the very next day in hopes they wont charge my card twice.
