Although we did not purchase our dress there because they did not carry the specific designer we were looking for, Ally was still incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout our visit. We were so impressed by the level of service that we returned to My Castle Boutique to purchase a petticoat hoop skirt and to have alterations done on our dress. Ally provided excellent customer service every step of the way — professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find a boutique that treats you with such respect and warmth even when you don’t initially make a full purchase. We truly appreciated the experience and highly recommend My Castle Boutique and Ally for their exceptional service and expertise.

After visiting several other stores and encountering unhelpful and even rude employees, I was incredibly pleased to find this store and work with Ale. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. 5 /5 Emily Holladay: After searching high and low for prom dresses that fit my body type I went into My Castle Boutique as a last resort and I was stunned. The service was amazing and the workers were so attentive and helped me figure out what dress looked best on me. I ordered 2 dresses and they both came in within a week! The dresses are beautiful, amazing quality, and were very cheap compared to other stores prices. Everything was perfect about the place, and I will be recommending it to all my friends

We tried my castle boutique after I found her online and saw her reviews and they were right! Went in and tried on some dresses that would fit similar to the one we wanted to order. After she sized my sister because she wasn’t liking how the sample dresses were fitting and lo and behold on the FIRST try and only one week later it fit perfectly! I was so impressed. And the length was even perfect too first go around. And she’s only 5’3 (the one in the picture) amazing customer service. Absolutely knows what she’s doing and to anymore plus size women out there who need a dress I 1000000% recommend coming here!

The shipping is so fast and amazing quality for the dress. Put 100% of your trust that you are going to get your dream dress! Will never stop recommending!
