Not only in helping to choose the choice of clothing that flatters you but the personal relationship and recognition they give to you each and every time to visit the store. The sales ladies are so helpful and kind on every level, whether its finding clothes that compliment my personal style or helping me to order something in my size, if its not in stock. Besides this, I have had no problem when I decided to return something that didnt work out. I love this store!

5 /5 Bri Roberts: This was my first visit to J.Jill. I went with a dear friend of mine who is an avid J.Jill shopper. And Carol made sure I had VIP treatment. Not only did she listen to my preferences and dislikes, but she catered to them. She waited with me to try on my clothes and pulled other items to help me get a better idea of how they would look. She actually helped me broaden my horizons on any type of clothing and what works with my body type. I sincerely appreciated the level of service I was provided at this location.

1 /5 Jean Pettit: Very disappointed. My first and last time in J Jill. Came recommended by a friend that shops in River Oaks store. Sugarland/First Colony store was a disappointment. No one offered to help me. Lots of peasant looking tops and drab fall colors. Minimum petites available. Went across the street to Chicos and bought $350 worth of clothes...
