1 /5 Julian White: The store manager “Erasmo Ortega” refused my exchange. I bought my wife a cowgirl hat and it didn’t fit- I decided to exchange, not return. With the tag still attached he said the hat had been stained and refused. I still wanted to shop with the store and purchase more items but chose to gift the hat to a random shopper.
