1 /5 Sohail Khan: Yesterday Sunday Jan 08 2026 I had a very disappointing experience at the Hollister store in First Colony Mall, Sugar Land. From the moment I walked in, the staff gave off a very unwelcoming and uninterested vibe. No greeting, no willingness to help — it honestly felt like customers were an inconvenience to them. Extremely unprofessional attitude !!!
When I tried to exchange an item, the staff seemed completely confused about their own exchange process. Instead of confidently assisting, they kept giving unclear answers and looked like they didn’t even understand the store’s own policies. Despite I showed receipts she was unable to find and assist , I am the one who guided her and then she find in her system. It took far longer than it should have, and I still didn’t feel like I got proper help.
Whoever is handling the staff, please teach them Customer service and give them proper training, nobody like flat face, rude attitude. Customer service seriously needs improvement. The team lacked basic product knowledge and didn’t show any effort to assist or guide me. A little professionalism and courtesy would go a long way.
If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. This was easily one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had. I will not recommend anyone to visit Hollister First Colony mall Sugarland.
