3 /5 Solitary Skeleton: Smells like fresh leather when you walk in and very clean. The kind young lady with long brown hair working the register welcomed every customer who entered. She deserves 5 stars for her great service!
We went to exchange a jacket and waited while 3 workers rang up a single customer when there were at least 2 working registers. One seemed to be a manager, so I understand him not taking over a register and walking away following seeing the customer in front of us off (with a smile, too!). The other gentleman, who was tall with blonde hair and glasses, simply walked off and did not seem to be occupied with any specific task.
Miss 5 Stars asked him to help ring us up as more customers were arriving at the registers. Despite being the one ringing us up, the gentlemen STILL handed the jacket back to her to place on an exchange pile away from the register and told us, "Shell bag it for you," and walked off. Other customers had to wait on her to bag the heavy jacket she should not have had to help with at all!
Im all for teamwork and delegation, but only when it maximizes efficiency for workers and customers alike.
Please stop making that wonderful woman do everything, and if she must be overworked while another worker rings up a customer and nothing else, then raise her pay and/or promote her.
