Penny has always been my go to for dressy slacks . While one could find another place with more affordable prices, the quality and stylish fashion for women here is great. So is the service. !

4 /5 Juanita Moody: The staff are very helpful and the store is well organized BUT the store stinks. You walk in and the sewage smell is overwhelming. I feel bad for the staff, it cant be healthy.

5 /5 Chris A: I was surprised to come back to JCpenney after a long time. You could tell theyre definitely under a new business plan, now they look like theyre back in business. Everything is beautifully displayed and big sales all over the store. 5 star store!
