5 /5 Laurie Allison: Great customer service! Mercedes at JCPenney was very nice and friendly. She was quick to help and made the experience easy and pleasant. I really appreciated her professionalism and kindness.

1 /5 Greg Howard: Supervisor in the home section don’t know what her name was, but she was wearing a black Nike shirt with a ponytail. Don’t know how she got up to that position with being so rude and disrespectful. She basically laughed at my son because he couldn’t fit into a jacket and she said maybe if he didn’t sweat so much that she could return it but she was being so rude and absolutely a horrible customer service experience

4 /5 Omar Barboza: Good store with lots of brands and variety of clothes, shoes, jewelry, toys and much more. Make sure whoever is at the front desk when you pay shoes, to remove the devices, because it happened to me they didnt remove it and I didnt check until it was back at home and I had to cut it. 1 /5 Juan Alvarado: My dad put in his phone number to use his points. By the time he paid the man told him he had $90 he could’ve redeemed. I wish he would’ve told us for we can save those $90. A good customer service would’ve mentioned the $90. We could’ve saved…. Also, they’re violating ADA law by not having the handicapped automatic doors working. If it’s not fixed by next week I’d be reporting it to the city for violation.

1 /5 Leticia Arteaga: So, come in the store get a 10% coupon all is well so far,, I get to the counter to pay , lay my coupon out in front of the cashier she charges me I pay and I ask her if she applied the coupon (I wanted to know how much I saved) ,, she says no I didn’t smiles you didn’t give it to me I say I laid it out right in front of you since you started she says again well I didn’t sooooooo and I am like cant you apply it her answer well I’d have to do a return it would take too long and starts making excuses faces gestures with her hands , now I remember why stopped coming here ! !
