5 /5 Benny Medina: I had to go do a return for a small piece of furniture, they were very polite and fast with their service. They did the return and also helped me reorder the same piece of furniture and I was able to use my 60 dollars in JCPenney cash towards the reorder. Nice people that work there!

4 /5 Nathan: Not the best JCP I have been too, but not the worst. The selection is pretty good for merchandise. Its just hard to find an employee with a register open. We did have a cashier somehow add a $80 skirt to our ticket. Not sure if it was done purposely so she could keep it or a total accident. Either way it was a pain in the hind side to get the refund as you have to go across the store to their little dungeon area.

5 /5 Felipe Cuica: I have not done a lot of in-mall shopping in years, but honestly I missed it. I love the atmosphere, it felt like I went back into the 80s. JC Penney always has a great selection of clothes and it was easy to find the ones I wanted, it was a great experience.

3 /5 Nicholas Calhoun: Selection was good. Pricey but overall good. Store was clean. The wife and I had a look around at the clothing for business casual clothes. They didnt seem to have the wifes style of clothing. The wife approved of some of the selection, however the price sticker shocked us. $40 for womens clothing is too much money.

3 /5 Out of This World Gaming: I found some good sales on bedding. Even though it might be stocked carelessly where prices are incorrect. I wanted a comforter set and the price said $100 on sale and I made sure it was the correct brand and size. The cashier told me it was $129.99. They didnt have anyone to immediately price check and didnt want to make anyone wait. So the cashier offered I sign up for the jc penny card and get 20% off. So I did that so I didnt make everyone wait. There was not enough people on their staff to keep up. Plus the store was pretty hot and only fans blowing. Im happy overall but it could have been much better.
